I see "urgency" is one of their employee goals but it sure wasn't tonight where once again a fast food hamburger shouldn't take 10 minutes with only one person in drive thru ahead of me and nobody in the store. Sure were a lot of employees milling around inside not working though. Not to mention my hamburger was practically cold and I ate it immediately. It had been sitting around who knows how long. Not a pleasant experience. Last sandwich I had from here was the hand breaded chicken sandwich which wasn't terrible and certainly a big meal but it was sopping soaked in mayo far more than necessary. I may be done with this place unless I am desperate for breakfast. Better not be in a hurry though.

I've been here a few times. I like the food enough, but the service needs a lot of improvement.I once ordered a single burger to go and waited patiently to the side. Many customers who ordered after me got their food before me until one lady who just got her food pointed at me and said "That young man has been here before me; has been waiting over a half an hour." Many other customers chimed in with similar comments. The worker asked in the back ,"Where's 19?" (#19 my order) To which I heard the response, "Oh we skipped it. Make it fast and give him a coupon." Got a handed a piled-together burger and a coupon for a free meal, with no apology. I keep giving then more chances because the staff rotates new employees often enough, at some point they should get it right.

The decor in this particular Hardee's is a bit of a throwback to the hamburger stand's early days. You'll find the food that you'd expect to find at a Hardee's - roast beef sandwiches, hamburgers, ThickBurgers, Hardee's new natural burger, fries, curly fries, onion rings, hand-dipped milkshakes/malts, and more. Hardee's also offers breakfast sandwiches and their famous cinnamon raisin biscuits in the morning. Hardee's is a step-up from Mickey D's located across the highway. You'll pay a higher price, but overall, the food has a better taste, and there are more food options depending upon what you're looking for.On a recent visit, I was a bit disappointed by the quantity of curly fries I was given. Still, the food was tasty for fast food. The employees have always been friendly here, asking how your food tastes, clearing your table, and making sure that you have everything you need.This location does have wi-fi, so you can get a little work done here if you like. There's a dining room or you can use the drive-through.

Make sure to check your food if you go through the drive-thru. They can't seem to get it right at this place for as expensive as it's getting, they certainly seem to mess up a lot. They're closed more often than not

We stopped at Hardee's on Friday Dec, 12, 2014. We went thru the drive-thru, the attendant that took our order was very rude. When we got up to window to pay for our food. I gave him my credit card, and when he gave it back to me he actually threw it at me, and I just about dropped it, I got no apologies at all. He was very unfriendly no smile, or anything. He was very unprofessional, seemed very crabby. My food was just thrown in the bag. My food boxes were horribly put together. I am very disappointed with this service. I ordered a combo meal #3, and I've had mushroom & Swiss before from this location, and they always tasted delicious, but not the one I had tonight it was definitely missing something. I truly think with all the food places in that area, that you would like your employees to practice better customer service.
