Incredibly authentic Greek/ Mediterranean food. The hummus was incredibly fresh, and the gyro meat seasoned perfectly. Everything was delicious!

I've been meaning to try this local spot for awhile and finally picked up some food to go this weekend. We tried the beef gyro, chicken gyro, rice and beef patty. The meat was seasoned, soft and fresh. We ordered extra meat on the beef gyro and there was tons (which is great because a lot of times you pay for extra meat and they only add a few pieces). The beef patty was such a surprise, the ground beef was spicy and seasoned to perfection. I would absolutely get this again. And the rice is better than any rice I've ever ordered with gyros, it was also seasoned perfectly. They were quick to make the food too. The only recommendation I have is to call ahead rather than place an order online as the prices are higher when you pay online. Had I known, I would've called in my order instead!

Set in a small strip mall north side of Old Shakopee Rd with parking. Clean restaurant with two sides. One side in with tables; the other small grocery section of Mediterranean groceries and the counter with menu to order food. Greek specialties include Gyro, shish-kabob, Greek salad, salad kabob combos, spinach pie, combo platters, beverages and so much more. Our first time here and they got busy quick. We had spinach pies and the Original Gyro sandwich. Both delicious, hot and fillingFriendly staff and order taker, efficient and got it right! Just suggest they use more toppings on the meat- tomato and lettuce were light.We will return and glad we stopped by. Not many good Gyro places in Bloomington so....We will be back! You can order on line as well or through Door Dash.

Ya'll I was not expecting this. This unassuming little place specializes in Mediterranean food and they also have a small shop where you can pick up any related International groceries. I honestly barely noticed because the smell of yummy foods hit me as soon as I got inside. I think they do most of their business as take-out or pick up, but we actually took advantage of the small dining area attached. The service is nothing fancy- order at the counter and they'll bring it to you. But ya'll- the food! It was really some of the best Mediterranean food I have had since moving to the cities. That hummus -as the kids say- SLAPS! It had a little spicy topping on it and they served it with warm pita breads. I ordered a gyros platter and it came with enough rice to feed a crowd! Even the salad was delicious. I told my husband right away- this is 5 stars.

Ya'll! When I say that I love this place, I mean it. And here's why: 1. One of the best gyros around. If you're ever in the Bloomington area, I highly recommend this little joint. This time I got extra meat and holy moly, they did not skimp!! 2. Their fries are sneaky good and never soggy. They don't look like they have seasoning on them but they have the most heavenly dusting. 3. This samboosa!!!! OMG! The perfect blend of spicy and flavorful. YUM -- definitely recommend!!!!4. My food has literally always been hot and perfect. Zero complaints from me, 5 stars every day for Gyros Grill.

From the minute I walked into Gyros Grill I felt immersed in middle eastern culture. It was wonderful. There were people waiting, the grill had a full team cooking up lunch orders and there were shelves of middle eastern foods and goods and pictures of traditional Palestinian clothing and old cities of the region. There was an area for dine in but I was in a hurry between meetings so unfortunately I couldn't stay. I ordered the gyro meal and I also saw these little Egyptian dessert cakes up front called basbousa. . So I got one of those to try too. The owner was very kind and explained what that desert was when I asked about it. While I waited for my food I explored the goods and pictures on the walls. It took maybe 5 minutes total to get my food and after a short friendly chat with the owner again, I was on my way. I have tried several gyros in different cities here and some have been great and some dry and not so great. These gyros are perfection! I didn't even need that extra tzatziki side I ordered. The meat was so tender and juicy and they didn't skimp on it! The pita was great too. The fries had a really great seasoning and the little cake was a perfect ending to a great lunch. It was very sweet and light. Almost like a sweet dessert corn bread but a little more crumbly. (That was the closest food I can think of to compare it too but it's really its own kind of cake) I really enjoyed it. I will absolutely be going back! I can't believe we have this hidden gem in our neighborhood and it took me 6 months to find it. This is a MUST TRY if you've ever traveled to the Middle East and/or love the food.

Had Chicken Gyro, and ordered extra Tizakii (I know I misspelled it). For such a tiny place it was definitely gourmet. I love the friendly Service. And very reasonable prices. Opa!!!!
