Gypsy Moon

I've been coming here for years. Contrary to some of the reviews that say the shop is expensive, it's the opposite in my opinion. The owner tends to never up charge the value of each item, thus, keeping prices in range. For a small, local business, I find this so honest and respectful. Here you can find women's clothing, candles, soaps, home decor, baby items (newer), picture frames, jewelry and most recently pots and plants. I recommend visiting often and seasonally as Gypsy Moon does a fabulous job restocking items based on the season. The store is not big which makes the experience more personable and funky. I always walk out of here with gifts for friends and 99% of the time, something self-care related for me (today I treated myself to a purse and 50% off a sweater). I hope those that choose to stop by find joy, comfort and peace. This is such a quaint and elegant boutique that has every intention of spreading pure happiness around. They will even gift wrap for you!

I've had excellent luck at both of the Gypsy Moon stores. I've scored dresses for both Christmas and thanksgiving on the same day. The key is to shop early and often. When you see it in the summer and you need it in the dead of winter invest now, the dresses won't be there later. Yes I paid full price (a rarity) but the price was reasonable for the style and quality. Also they have great sales to make room for new merchandise.

I'm in Love with Gypsy Moon! It is a wonderful little shop all by its self across from St. Catherine University. The price are really reasonable, the women I talked with was so nice and helpful. They have cute clothing, jewelry, great gift ideas, an so many other cute items. I wish I lived locally I would buy all sorts of great things from here, but I have to keep my purchases small since I'm only here for a short time. I got an adorable dress, an great framed dragonflies. I will defiantly be stopping back in before I leave Minnesota.

hard to find little gift store with some very awesome finds. Typically the owner is playing some awesome Lucinda Williams while you browse which makes me very happy and I sing along while checking out the goods. You will find a little seasonal decor up front and they have a bit of jewelry. Tucked in the back is my favorite area where you can get some art prints and gift books from local artist like Jodi Hills......This is a very tiny store crammed with some great little trinkets.....Stop by pick up a card for a friend get yourself something new and cool...

Visited the store on 8/8/18. Upon arrival the woman working was outside smoking. That is a gross thing to walk into. When she followed me into the store, she sat behind the counter sat on a stool knitting. I noticed numerous things that in the stool that could have been done, straightened, cleaned, etc. Cute things in the store but I don't have time to bother someone knitting. Not a great experience.

Best place for gifts and house stuff and great accessories too. Great prices and sales.

I have loved this shop for years and always find something cute for a gift or for myself! Love the jewelry and the clothing too. Also love that the owner sprinkles in antique items with new.

Zero stars. This place buys pieces and then hikes the price 800%. EIGHT HUNDRED PERCENT. They didn't even bother to fix the missing piece of glass. I can't imagine how many pieces in there they got for cheap and JACKED the prices that much. I understand buying and REDOING furniture but they didn't even FIX THE MISSING PIECE!!! It's absolutely insane and I have to let people know. Do not waste your money at this local scam shop. This place is absolutely taking advantage of you. Please skip this shop. There are sooo many other good local shops to go to. Gypsy Moon should be ashamed.

Lots of fun stuff for your house. Inspirational signs, jewelry, clothing, soap, artwork, garden art, and lots more. Treat yourself or find the perfect one of a kind gift. I will definitely make the trip across the river to go shopping here.

I love this store! I passed it up for a long time, not really knowing what it was. I'm sorry I didn't go there sooner! Lots of fun home decor items and unusual things. They have GREAT furniture, usually antique, at outstanding prices. The items change often so it's always fun to go back and see their current selection. My advice though: if you want something, buy it when you see it! It may not be there when you return. I've learned this one the hard way. :)
