Grundhofer’s Old Fashioned Meats

Old fashioned butcher shop with a NEW location in Forest Lake...same great service and products as the Hugo location, just another location to search for that perfect Brat~But not just brats-they offer more meats than I find at my local chain supermarket! We're fans of their meat sticks and jerky.

This is a great place to pick up steaks or burgers for grilling. Also a huge variety of brats and beef sticks. Everything is here for outdoor grilling including potato salad and beans to name a few.

I'm a huge Grundhofer fan. Understand, I live in Arizona, but my roots are in Minnesota. Whenever I travel back there, I load up an extra suitcase with frozen Grundhofer meatloaf to bring home for my friends and family and ourselves back here in the desert. Something happened on this last trip, we brought the meatloaf back, but it was not like we remembered. It was bland, really, no flavor. I think it was such a shock because before this it was always the best, so for it to fall so short was a real wake up call. Maybe we just got a bad batch.
