Griddle on the Go

We both had the classic Philly cheesesteak. Very well made and really good. Great amount of meat and onions with cheese whiz. Delicious! Also, got the fries, these were skin on home fries. Very tasty but kind of soggy tbh. I recrisped them in the oven and they were much better. I would definitely try more sandwiches from this truck.

Very surprised by the food truck. The Fully Loaded Philly was great and cheesy. The bread held up to the load.We also tried the Pretzel Bites with Cheese. They were good but a little more buttery than I wanted. Still very good.Service was excellent.

Philly sandwiches, burgers, fries - 4 stars.The "Griddle on the Go" food truck, based out of the NW burbs, specializes in Philly sandwiches, burgers, and fries. I caught up with them at the Elm Creek Brewery in Champlin.I ordered a Fresh Horse Philly that features horse radish mayo (yum!) and fried onion tangles. It was large, fresh, packed with flavor, and satisfying. For a side I ordered Loaded Philly Fries that includes prime rib, onions, and Cheez Whiz. As an added bonus, they cut their own fries. You can taste the difference. Again, another winner. Note: The loaded fries are pretty big, almost big enough for a full meal. So order accordingly.Thumbs up! -Maxx
