I will start with saying the staff were very friendly. IGot the wings which I was slightly disappointed with as they were heavily breaded. The flavor was great though for the sauces. Our son got the corn dogs which were very good.My husband got the good morning burger and his bacon was so burnt it was black and inedible. He said the burger was okay. The aesthetics made it appear it's maybe not super family friendly. We came in the early afternoon and there were people on the patio drinking heavily already. We had a good experience, as I said the staff were amazing.

We stopped in for lunch. Having driven by here often and not noticing the spot, we finally saw the sign.Lisa provided great service and the backstory on the restaurant is worth asking about. They have been open about 3 weeks but the owners worked at the previous restaurant for many years. The Coop Burger is very good and was cooked a little more done than the medium rare requested. Still, a solid choice. It is also discounted during lunch 11am - 2pm.The Dip Into France was cooked very well done and is dry. The au jus was good. The worst part was the fries. They were so soggy with grease we didn't eat them. They probably didn't have the oil hot enough. They charge $5 for an IBC rootbeer. An order processing fee is added to the check.

Had to check out Greg and Lisa's! The inside hasn't changed much with the new ownership but it does still have that good townie bar feel. The new menu has a lot to offer. I ordered the Buffalo Wings sandwich- no swiss, lettuce or tomato but add a side of their homemade blue cheese dressing. After receiving my sandwich I asked for a side of buffalo sauce since my sandwich was VERY lightly sauced (could be an ode to MN spicy ) The bun was nicely toasted and the chicken was crispy and delicious. The hand cut fries were great!

Was excited that this restaurant/ bar was taken over by new owners. It was very much on the decline and now it's clean. The issue is that the food is not good, the prices are not what is advertised on their own website and they charge and don't disclose a 4% order processing fee "this fee helps us to manage costs and prices from constantly fluctuating". What a crock. If the food was halfway decent I could maybe have overlooked this but other reviews say they add this to dine in orders too! Really sleazy not disclosing that.Unfortunately the spuds were not good. The pulled pork was dry and tasted like it was microwaved. It was super hot. The spuds were warm but the cheese wasn't even melted on a couple of them so I am guessing they par cooked, put the spuds and pork in the microwave. So with tip about $17 down the toilet. The red sauce was weird and not pizza sauce or marinara sauce at least it didn't appear to taste like it. Not complimentary to the spuds that's for sure. It's nice they gave a generous portion of pork but I would have rather taken half the pork if it tasted really good.Bartender was friendly and that and the improvements to the interior/ exterior are the only complimentary things I can say about this place.I wouldn't try this place again and based off the other reviews, I don't seem to be off point with my review of the food which I had to toss.

Went here on a Monday night just looking for a quick drink and an app. There were maybe 8 people in the entire establishment. The waitress was rude and impatient. My partner asked how much a particular beer was and she said "I don't know what you're asking me dude. I have food to deliver while you decide". We got up and left. Will not be back. This restaurant is a treasure that should in fact remain hidden and unvisited.

We were excited to try the new restaurant that took over Coopers. The updates to the inside of the restaurant/bar were nice. We sat down and waited 10 min before helped. The server was delayed to attending us as he was busy socializing with his friends at other tables, this happened throughout the night. Throughout the night, the server was not attentive and was very slow to check in on us or refill our drinks. Our food arrived and the fries were the best thing on my plate compared to my overcooked burger. I had to ask our server for the bill just so we could leave after sitting there for 10-15 minutes finished with our meal. I was looking for a better experience and was left disappointed. Not sure if we will be back.
