Took my nephews for the walk-in package number 1 (three hours or unlimited laser tag, mini golf, krazy kars and x-treme trampoline). It was a busy Saturday with multiple birthday parties and kids running around unattended. There's really no way of telling when your 3 hours are up either so as long as you had the wristbands on it didn't seem like staffed checked beyond that. There's ample parking and plenty of space for kids to sprawl out. It'd be nice if there was some worker supervision in the mini golf area as there was some golf ball throwing and rough housing from older kids. Both of my nephews are on the spectrum so they were excited about the krazy kars but only did it once since it was black light and pumped with loud music. I took plenty of pictures but don't want to post it due to having children's faces in them. For the price point it was a good value for 3 hours of play for them to burn some energy just wish there weren't as many employees sitting together playing on their phones with a little more supervision.

My 8 year old child was invited to a birthday party here and I went with to help with crowd control. It was a Sunday afternoon, and it was busy. For the birthday party, there was a separate room upstairs that held tables for each party, and I believe pizzas and beverages were included. We did some of the activities there - bumper cars, mini golf, arcade, trampolines, and laser tag. My child's favorites were the bumper cars and trampolines. Grand Slam did some things well, and some could be better - The mini golf area has a tired look to it, also there is a bit of water in the area, most of it is not moving, so it's dusty and gross (hopefully your ball doesn't go in there). The laser tag area was pretty cool; maybe a little too advanced for 8 year olds - most of ours had no idea what to do, even with the training (but that was on us). For a party, definitely bring more adults - there is a lot of walking through crowded areas, and plenty of places where you just can't see every kid.

My family went on a little vacation to Minneapolis and had some free time. We found this place and decided to go to have some fun. Although the entree was a little pricey my experience was really enjoyable. The mini trampoline park was fun, and it burned lots of calories - lol. My younger brother learned how to do a backflip. At the trampolines there was supervision by workers and other parents. At the arcade there were many few games that I wanted to play, but I am very picky. Laser tag wasn't really that fun, but only because we went against 4 really good guys. I ended up with negative points because of them . Mini golf is a fun family activity to do with your family! There are water hazards and many of the golf balls were the water which I thought was really funny. It's not even that hard to have your ball land in the water! We didn't try the batting cages but it looked super cool. They had bats and helmets already there for the guests. Near the end of our stay at the grand slam we were tired so we ordered 2 large icee's. The icee machine was frozen and couldn't make the icee's. So the workers gave us a free large soda. I wasn't that mad at the situation. Over all I give this experience a 5 star ranking! A wonderful family friendly place to go in your free time!

This place was really fun. My kids went for a birthday party. It seemed well laid out. There were arcades, mini golf, trampolines, batting cages, bumper cars, laser tag. I didn't give 5 stars because the arcade area has some machines that are dated. Plus they have like 4 or 5 claw machines which we all know are just a waste of coins but kids don't know that and love them.... which feels underhanded. The staff was friendly. My kids really liked bumper cars and laser tag. It was super busy but still didn't feel too overwhelming.

This is not a place to go if you're looking to have fun, the games are overpriced, the golf corse is banged up and dirty and just not enjoyable especially since we had children jump in in the middle of out put, the laser tag room felt like a sauna before we started playing and it was hard to go up ramps and run around, the bumper cars were compact so it was hard to move around, the trampolines were left unattended and was also pretty small, they also let teenagers in the play area meant for 12 and under, and the employees just dont seem to be there mentally, even overheard 3 employees talking about anime, and one on the phone not watching the bumper cars and walked off, if you wanna spend your money and have fun please go somewhere else.

For around 12 bucks for unlimited laser tag, bumper cars and mini golf plus 6 arcade credits on Saturday after 8pm until midnight it was well worth it. I've been to more serious laser tag places but I enjoyed how this one was less stressful. There wasn't a line after our group finished our bumper car session so the operator let us have another round. Mini golf decorations were cute and the course was decently challenging as well as entertaining. Parking was pretty easy since it was in the suburbs. Didn't really try the food but seemed like the standard convenient junk fare like pizza and soft drinks were offered. I remember getting paper tickets as a reward for doing well in arcade games as a kid but now everything is on a card. I guess that's kind of dating myself but there are some fond memories of actually handling, counting and sometimes weighing award tickets at the prize counter. However, it's definitely more environmentally conscious and convenient to have everything be managed on cards though. Felt kind of bad since our group took a while to decide on prizes. In the end after pooling all of our points we got some things like a light up disco ball, art set and plastic spirit animals but it was too hard to decide after that so we decided to donate them. Some games like Crossy Road I remember being able to play on my iPad but there are still some traditional arcade games there. Overall not a bad place for some young adults to hang out at occasionally on weekends but there were definitely more teenagers and younger kids. Helps you kind of feel like a kid again.

DO NOT ORDER THE CHEESE CURDS. What came was 14 burned curds soaked in grease. As bad as the curds were, the pizza supplied by Grand Slam is actually quite tasty.

Can I rate "no stars?" This establishment is unsafe. We brought eight children here for my son's birthday. My kid got bashed over the head with a laser gun by another child during laser tag and the same kid called my child a racial slur and shoved him while exiting the laser tag arena. I got an employee and told him about it thinking they would talk to the kid or at least keep an eye on him, they said they couldn't do anything because they didn't know who it was. I asked my kids and they pointed the kid out so I told the employee. He still didn't do anything. He just walked around nervously. I was ticked because my kid got hurt. At this point the kid saw me pointing at him when I told the employee. Later, he was walking by. He yelled and asked me what the f*ck I was looking at and called me a stupid b*tch. So that was great. At one point he lunged at me. I told the employee. They did nothing. The kid was gleefully cruising around the establishment having a blast and me and my family were scared. I was there with a two year old and seven other older kids. The employees said they couldn't do anything. I spent more than $300 here for what I thought was going to be a wonderful birthday experience for my son and we ended up going home scared. Wouldn't recommend. I will NEVER go here again. You couldn't pay me to bring my child here.

I'm literally 16 but my friends and I go all the time. Go from 7pm-10pm (they close at 10) for a discounted wristband. There's also less kids at that time. The trampoline requires an adult over 18 to sign a waiver so just know to get it signed before going or just don't go on the trampoline. My favorite is laser tag, and my friends and I do it for hours. Obviously Grand Slam is made for kids so it's overpriced, and loud, etc. But what more can you expect? I have low standards but I love it here so, I would recommend going with friends :)
