Gary's Pizzeria

Below average. It doesn't seem that anything was made in-house. They might have chopped or cut some stuff up but that's all. Pizzas cut in squares are just weird to me. The crusts are cardboard'ish and covered in cheap cheese. The wings seemed nuked and then loaded up with canned sauce. The lady that brought us are pizzas was courteous and pleasant so two stars for the service. Last words... no thanks.

Terrific pizza, flatbreads, pasta. Fast delivery. Wish they'd open earlier than 3:30 PM, needed to order several pizzas one Saturday for lunch and nada. BTY, it's Gary's PIZZA, not Gary's Pizzaria...

Love the pizza and the Alfredo fettuccine is some of the best around. I love how the crust tastes more homemade than the others around (whether it is or not) and that they put cheese on top of the toppings instead of under, I prefer it that way. I live close, so I try to frequent this place before the chain places - but the employees here really make that hard. Online ordering is difficult and needs a lot of work, so I usually call in my order. Every time I've called in, I get someone that acts like they don't want my business or to help me out at all. I once had someone that sounded high on something and made me repeat myself numerous times on everything - what I wanted, my phone number, my address, my credit card number! I eventually just gave up and hung up on them - what a joke. Lost my $20+ order because of it. Get employees who actually want to earn the store some money and help the customers out and maybe I'll be back. Unfortunate, because I really enjoy the pizza and pasta!

Worst service in the world. It's like they didn't want me to order pizza from them. After 20 minutes on hold and many different calls they really didn't care to help me and laughed in my face when I told them how long I was waiting. Lazy workers. Pizza is gross because of it. Pass on this place. Could be good if the employees were half as good even. Very disappointed because all my Minnesota friends told me to get pizza from here and the workers did not clearly want service. So pissed. Never had this worse of service. Hung up on. Rude people. Do not waste time calling... They won't answer... If they do they will laugh and hang up. !! Pass on this one

This was our second time ordering from Gary's in 3 years. The first time, in 2017, the pizza was too salty and greasy, and toppings were sparse. We ended up throwing most of it away. We wanted to give them another try since there are limited good takeout options during the pandemic. This time (July 2020) we were pleasantly surprised. We got the large "meats" pizza special with cheese bread, using the online coupon from their website. The pizza was *loaded* with toppings. It had some serious heft to it when I picked up the box. The pizza and bread tasted great when we got home. My kids scarfed it down, and the adults enjoyed it too.Maybe the first time was a fluke, or they changed their cheese supplier, sauce spices, or pizza recipes in the past few years. But right now, this is the best pizza in the St. Cloud area, in my humble pizza-loving opinion (and having lived in Chicago for 2 decades, I know pizza!) We will definitely order again!I removed one star from the score for the fact that when I arrived to pick up the pizza, several staff, including the cashier, were not wearing face masks as recommended for all food service personnel by the Minnesota Department of Health during the COVID pandemic.

Garys is typically my favorite pizza if I'm looking for a more substantial Pizza. I'm a fan of anything with a lot of meat on it and in my opinion they have the best in Sartell. Good sauce, they don't skimp on ingrediants. My wife and I typically get half loaded with Meat for me, and she loads up on the Taco Pizza. My son for some reason prefers the meat on top of the pizza so he's not as big a fan. I like it with the cheese under the meat. great pizza, only reason I didn't give them a 5 is that it seems that during peak times the wait can be 10-15 minutes longer than most budget Pizza places. As for the negative reviews, I'm always skeptical of out of town reviews so they don't hold as much weight.

Not a fan, wings didn't taste that great. Looking at them I was wondering if they were cooking in the microwave. Also pizza tasted good but it wasn't cooked all the way. My crust was still raw.

Great pizza. I think it's the best in St. Cloud among the non-franchise/cookie-cutter pizza joints. Generous ingredients. Price is much higher than others though too. The House Special is the best pizza bang-for-the-buck!
