The guys did an amazing job setting up, breaking down and were so friendly. Everyone at the event had a lot of fun!We will definitely be calling for future events and recommending everyone to use Fun Jumps for inflatables & party stuff.

I never would have found out about this place without the online sleuthing of one of my friends. I told him my twins wanted a "truck party" (they just turned three, and trucks are deeply imbedded in the hearts and minds of little boys) and he found a link to an amazing monster truck bounce house offered by Fun Jumps. The whole process was so much easier than I expected. For about $170, we received an AMAZING, GIGANTIC monster truck-shaped bounce house that was impeccably clean, easy to set up, and (astonishingly) also pretty easy to tear down. The only thing we had to do was get an extension cord to plug the blower in. We picked up the bounce house on Saturday morning, and returned it the next day (their Sunday hours are kind of brutal -- you have to return it between 8 and 9 a.m. But we made it.) My sons, including my older son, loved the bounce house so much. Their eyes got so wide when they saw their giant truck bouncy house, and they bounced for hours and hours. What a great idea this was!

WOW what a difference! Fun Jumps princess moonwalk was Sparkly Clean! My daughter and her friends had a blast. I have just reserved the monster truck moonwalk for my sons party next month.

This was the third time we used Fun Jumps for a rental of a bounce house. We rested it for the weekend (Friday pickup and Monday drop off) for our daughter's birthday party. I had great communication from Rachel and the flexibility with the Friday pickup and Monday drop off was pretty awesome. Pick-up on Friday was quick and easy with the bounce house, chairs, tables and Pucker Powder dispenser loaded into our van by Chris who explained everything well and took the time to answer any questions. The bounce house is always a hit and the Pucker Powder dispenser was liked by the kids and adults. Everything worked as expected with no issues.We will be using Fun Jumps for future rentals. Your prices and service can not be beat by any of the other places in the Twin Cities offering the same products and services. If you are out of the delivery area it is still worth the drive to pickup just for the prices and service alone.

Terrible service. Poor communication. Didn't care about the stress they caused. Sent the wrong items the day of my party. One person to set up tent/tables/chairs. Came to take it down when my party was barely over (2 1/2 hours before they were supposed to). They don't care about you.

Great experience! Their games were all in great condition. Rented several electronic games which all worked flawlessly. Light Speed and Top Doc were huge hits with the kids.Can't say enough good things about the staff. I plan on using them again!!!

We recently rented from Fun Jumps and overall, things went very smoothly. We had great interactions with Terrina as well as the young man who assisted with loading/unloading the supplies. Unfortunately our interaction with Renee was very negative. We had ordered tables that ended up not fitting into our vehicles and requested a change, Terrina was very helpful, and it took her a matter of 2-3 minutes to remedy the situation. On the other hand, Renee immediately told us we were going to have to pay a "switch fee" and then proceeded to go back to talk with Brian. What Renee did not realize is that while we sat waiting, we could hear the entire conversation and Brian repeatedly told her she could not charge us, and finally said, "it is obvious you are going to do whatever you want to do and not listen to me." She then came out and proceeded to take about 7" to figure out a way on her computer to charge us and then smuggly gave us the new contract. It seemed she was trying to be vindictive and "punish us" for her inconvenience. I might add that there were no other customers there at the time that she needed to wait on and they had plenty of tables in stock. Renee left a very negative impression and was not "customer friendly" at all. Luckily the rest of the staff made up for her poor presentation.

Our company event went great! Over 5000 employees attended with their families! We couldn't have asked for a better experience & would highly recommend Fun Jumps.

I had a wonderful experience with Fun Jumps. When I called to set up the rental, the staff was very helpful and flexible in arranging pick-up and drop-off times. The gentleman who helped me load my games was very professional and helpful, and loaded my games into the car for me very quickly. When I called the office before they opened (I wanted to confirm the drop off time), I was very impressed that the office called me back at 7:59 on the dot saying they saw they had a missed call and asked how they could help! The drop off experience was similarly quick & easy. I was very impressed and will rent from you again.
