My son who is 1.5 years old goes to the open gym on Friday mornings and it is amazing! It's 1 Hour long of free time with the whole gym as an option. Toddlers of all levels can go and play. There is ample parking. There are cubbies for yours and your little one's belongings. The coaches are so friendly and are there for safety as well. Tons to do and a great way to burn off some energy!

My daughter attended for Preschool and Kindergarten gymnastics lessons. She loved the preschool classes! They were fun, the coach was great, and if she wasn't comfortable with something, she didn't have to do it. She learned some basic tumbling and balance and coordination skills. The class sizes were small (about 6-8)They have gymnastics 'shows' (for lack of a better term) in spring and winter for the kids to show their skills off to a crowd of parents (emphasis on CROWD). It's a good way for the kids to build confidence in what they're learning, and learn how to perform in front of a crowd. I disliked how the kids were told to sit directly in front of VERY LOUD speakers. My daughter complained of ringing ears that night. She liked doing the show.It gets really crowded during class changes, but they can't help that. They have a large facility with lots of training going on. Some parents could stand learn how to take turns and how to drive in a parking lot, though. The coaches are hit and miss for what works for your child, but you can switch classes if its not working out. The price was reasonable for the classes. We also did a birthday party there, and I highly recommend them for that. It was well organized, the kids had a lot of fun, and it was super easy. Just make sure you have extra activities for the kids! They spend one hour in the gym, then an hour in the party room. All the kids loved it, there was room for parents to hang around if they wanted, and they make it really fun.

My kids love Flips! My son did not feel out numbered by the girls in the Preschool class and once he turned 5 he was in an all boys class which was nice. My daughter just started the mommy and me class. She has so much fun. Some coaches are pretty young and not totally comfortable with classes but the veterans are wonderful! They have tons of energy and are able to keep it fun for the kids!

Can't say enough good about Flips! We have been there over a year after coming from another local gym. This place is very organized, super friendly and helpful staff/teachers, and super clean. Their parent portal is easy and communication is great. My daughter loves her classes! This is a really exceptional place!

Both my daughter and son went here during their preschool years. Neither one of them are natural gymnasts, but both enjoyed the instructors and classes.

I took my daughter here on a free trial and she is naturally a shy child. For the first 10-15 minutes she sat on her frog spot and watched quietly. Once the instructor (Amy) helped her with 2 laps on the balance beams she quickly opened up and started to participate with the other children. Amy was patient and she handheld her class very well. She had 7 preschool children and she did show any signs of frustration or annoyance. I'm definitely thinking about keeping her here for a while. The preschool set up is just like a playground so my daughter acclimated pretty well.

Very unsafe place for gymnastics for kids. Instructors (most of them) are unfit just want to work and dont follow any safety regulations. I was witnessing one accident every week and it didnt strike me until my own kid got an injury and went to the doctor. As I started evaluating the safety requirements I was so amazed on how bad the negligence was. Even though the activities are done under supervision, the instructors are not even watching are close enough to hold the falling kid or to help out. It is so sad so many small kids are in danger as there are other places which charges a little more but well managed in every aspect. Pros - cheap placecons - un safe, un-qualified instrutors, very crowded
