Flicker Meat

I absolutely love this place. The jerky/beef sticks are quite a bit more spendy then some other meat shops I've been to but the quality here is just amazing. From the dog bones my big puppy loves to the excalibear that I just tried the other day.. Oh that brisket!!The people that work there have a great sense of humor and look like they all really enjoy their jobs, which is always a good sign.

Ordered a Meat And Cheese Tray for a friend's Holiday Party. Customer Service Noah was very helpful walking me through the choices. Awesome presentation and I got rave reviews over the quality of the product from people vs. somebody else that brought a different meat & cheese tray from a competitor. Flicker Meat has a great vibe to it and offers so much selection from Butcher Shop, to sandwiches, slaws and more. They know their stuff and have a passion for it. Thanks again and I'll be back soon. I was in the area. A thrift store I hoped to shop at was closed. I had to ask the prices of smoked bones, beef trachea, etc. A small sign would have made sense. Bought my dog a small beef trachea which he scarfed down in the car. It was 68 cents. Bought spouse Swedish potato sausage. I bought maple and teriyaki pineapple sticks. These were ok, prices seemed super expensive. They have their own salsas and sauces. Too far away to be a regular stop for me. [23]

Phenomenal food! Stopped in finally after moving into the area and their giant sandwiches are actually amazing for the price. The sandwich process is easy enough with fill out forms to give to them. They do not skimp out on any meat or toppings and it's super filling, worth every bite! I also tried their ribs with a side and they definitely know what they're doing. The shop itself is super cozy with a lot of character and the employees are really helpful, always making sure you know they're ready to help you out. I even noticed they sell homemade pet food while I was checking out the stock. Lots of unique things to look for and buy, I'm so happy I found this place and plan to doing try their new lunch box meal soon!

My go to sandwich shop. The guys here are always nice and helpful. Top notch service. I always think it's the best sandwich I've ever had - every time. An old classic butcher shop feel. I've only had the sandwiches but if they're any indication ( and my eyes don't deceive me) the cuts from the butcher are all top notch too.

Just had their sandwich for the first time and it was awesome. If you haven't been there go there to get a sandwich and some meat. The place is awesome.

Butch the Bear marks the spot! It is recent polar bear statue erected at the front of the store. Thoroughly impressed with this butcher that I visit weekly. Every single staffer is engaged and enthusiastic about their work. They make an effort to greet and make sure your order is how you want it. And I will add that even though they don't know my name, they definitely know my face and are great at predicting my order. The quality of ground beef is far superior than anything you could get at ALDI or Cub. Once you eat it, it is very hard to eat any other type of ground beef. As a bonus, they have a delicious sample section more generous than anything Costco could offer, usually a beef stick and a slow cooker sausage.

I went to Flicker Meat Company for the first time yesterday. So. Impressed. They have many things I've looked for in the past. Duck, lamb, wagyu, veal. They have it all and the quality is outstanding. Jeremy, the owner was extremely attentive and helpful! I'll be back Jeremy!
