This is right inside the Days Inn. I heard it had been renovated and I wish it included the restaurant. I was curious about this place for awhile. The salad was very good and I loved the homemade blue cheese, a good size too. I was going to get a flank steak but I fell for the special a London broil. Big mistake, it had been in the saltiest marinade and it should have been washed off. It comes sliced and I can't believe no one tasted this. I gave most of it to Basil and really was too stunned to send it back. Just so unexpected. His king size prime rib more of a queen size was quite delicious though. I enjoyed the stacked potatoes that came with it that were salted just right. They were crispy too. He chose the buttery whipped potatoes and they were delicious. We got the homemade cheese cake to go and it was very good.

Overall the experience was okay. The customer service provided by Nicole was amazing and she truly saved this from being a 1 star review with her amazing service. The salads were good as they are simple salads. Out of all the food on each dinner plate I was only impressed by the potatoes which were amazing and the carrots were the second best I have ever had!! I could eat them as a daily snack! I was not a fan of the beef Wellington it tasted kinda funny but my husband tried it and said it was okay. The layered potato was alright. The asparagus was unflavored and bland. The steak was alright. Overall our bill was $70 and we only really liked the salads and two sides. I'm kinda sad because MANY people recommend this place but I was only impressed by 4 out of 8 things served 2 being salads... My husband isn't picky and he wasn't impressed either.

Right off the bat the scenery of this steakhouse has a classical feel with classical music playing, and a traditional, modern look. As for the service my server was very kind and made sure to refill my water frequently so the service gets a 1/1 scenery also gets a 1/1 now as for the actual food I had calamari and one of their special soups, a crab soup of sorts don't particularly remember what it was but the calamari did have a wonderful breading but with an extremely chewy meat and as for the actual sauce, it did get a 1/1 but it could have easily been better by adding citrus so the total score for the calamari was 3/3 for breading and a 0/5 for texture of the calamari and a 1/1 for presentation, but could've been better so the total score of the calamari was a 45/10 now as for the soup it had a very odd taste to it almost like it had been burnt and it also had very imbalanced flavor to it so a 1/5 on flavor and a 1/4 texture with a 0.5/1 poor presentation but there was effort so it gets 0.5 on that so total score is 2.5/10. Now as for the main course the "loaded New York strip" my immediate impression was with the presentation. It was sloppy and unorganized. As for the sides of the steak it which was seasonal pumpkin, and shrimp skewer which landed a 1/2 they were both palatable but not very tasty. As for the steak it had a 1/1 medium rare, it was nicely cooked. The sear also had a 1/1 a very beautiful outer crust. No, as for the actual taste of the steak, I was utterly disappointed. It was almost flavorless with no seasoning at all landing a 1/8 for total taste (because of nice texture) with a total score of 3/10. Now as for the crème brûlée, I was quite pleasantly surprised with the crust on this crème brûlée so it landed a 3/3 on crust now as for the custard flavor and texture, I was not pleasantly surprised the texture was of a cheap Jell-O, and the flavor tasted like a low quality whipped cream landing a 1/7. making a total score of I would not recommend this restaurant, and not only because of so bad quality food, but they were also charging a quite unreasonable, some for this quality of food. In summary, I do not recommend this establishment for any dining or activities

Great spot for lunch in downtown Hutch. Had the mac and cheese bites, meatloaf sandwich, and my fiance got an elevated BLT. Everything was delicious, although we did think the mac and cheese bites could have a little more cheese flavor. Our server, Brandi, was awesome. She was super attentive and very knowledgeable. Oh, and the honey raspberry iced tea was the BEST EVER!

Unfortunately for us, our food was cold and we didn't get as many check ins from our server like you would at a typical restaurant. I think the staff could use better training. I have heard service is hit or miss depending on who is working, but at this price point, I don't think I want to try again for a while.

Best food in town! You know the owner takes pride in his work. They turned something that has been sitting empty for years and made it great again.

Very slow service and average to poor food. Paid over a hundred dollars for two people and it was very poor. Would not recommend. We travel nationally and know what to expect for the money, and this did NOT meet expectations. Always love to support local businesses but sorry. Can't.

We had our wedding reception at Flank Steakhouse in December of 2021 and it was amazing! We love the ambiance of Flank, the decor, and the food! We were looking to have a small wedding and thinking outside the box - we were interested in having something small, local, and with really good food! We presented our idea to Vince and Amanda to have our wedding reception there and they were totally on board! They were excited to host, offered creative ideas, and were very responsive throughout the planning process! We reserved the whole restaurant and had around 85 people. It did not feel crowded and everyone had room to sit, walk, chat, and be served. Even the kids were pleased! They have my favorite beer on tap, along with a lot of other great options, including from local breweries! They also had amazing non-alcoholic options like strawberry mint lemonade. They served delicious appetizers - one my husband loved that was made of mushrooms (and he doesn't even like mushrooms!). We had our meal served - surf and turf - which everyone loved! We chose the house salad and hanger steak with carrots and garlic mashed potatoes with a prawn. There were a lot to clean plates and many compliments! Regretfully, we don't even have pictures of the main meal because we were too busy enjoying it. They also served a variety of desserts that our guests really enjoyed.I cannot give them enough praise! The wait staff and kitchen staff was also wonderful! Vince has some serious talent and passion for what he does and it shows! Amanda is very detail-oriented, creative, and such a gracious host.I recommend Flank Steakhouse to anyone - whether it is for lunch, a nice date night dinner, a get together with friends for drinks, or ... maybe even a wedding!
