Falls Liquor

I am the neighbor to this building and only go here for my liquor. Every single time I go in here the old miserable white man interrogates me (a grown woman) asks for my birthday, talks down on me, mansplains me through the process and I'm no longer coming back. Today he asked me how old I was, I stuttered when I replied. He said and why did you stutter? Because you're interrogating me. Well let me type in your ID so we can verify that. Ok. "Now it's time for you to give me money. Funny how that works." Dude I've been here 300 times. Weirdo

I never thought about the layout of liquor places, but this one has a really straightforward aisle design. I found what I needed almost instantly. Prices are aite.

Easy in. Easy out. Well lit parking and everything you want inside. Very polite and accommodating staff. I'd go here.

The best thing about Falls is that it's *very* close to my work, making it incredibly easy for me to pop in as often as I need to. While they don't have everything, they usually have what I need. The beer selection is good, and they're willing and able to order something in if they don't have it. I have a little more trouble finding wine there - somehow I struggle finding the wine I want at the price point I want. But I'm a huge fan of the punch card! That baby is precious.

Great selection of local beer, mid price wine and spirits. They don't really have much on the cheap side, don't go expecting a $3 bottle of wine! They have punch cards, which is awesome, ask for one at the register. Everyone who works here has always been helpful and friendly. They often have beer samples. This is my go-to beer store.

Very poor customer service, cashier's look angry and don't say a word to you..just ring up your sale and slide your order over to edge of the counter and then Repeat this procedure

Stopped in out of curiosity and was quite pleasantly surprised. Very friendly staff and a pretty decent beer selection, which is what I am after. Have had great experiences both times I have been in. Not that close to my house, and I'd never leave the Ale Jail, but its a great second option, and I'd have no qualms whatsoever of visiting again. Tip top.

Customer service is not lost on this place. I've had my conversations with nearly every employee, always good interactions, they promote the business in their words and body language. It's refreshing.Now that they're in a bigger store, they have more things I want!

The Falls Liquor offers a nice variety of beers. Friendly customer service is greeted to you the moment you walk in. Knowledgeable staff are very accessible to find. If you are lucky, on a summer day, you may find a fresh fruits and vegetable stand next to the store :)
