Enki Brewing

We've been coming here for a few years. What makes this brewery stand out is they not only have good beers and seltzers. They also have a good menu. Recommend the Nachos and Flatbreads.My favorite beer is the Bit O Heaven. (IPA)

We were headed to another spot nearby and when we were searching for breweries in the neighborhood, we couldn't pass up the logo and artwork of Enki!Shared parking lot with other businesses, but on a Saturday afternoon we had no issues finding a spot! We had our furry friend along, so we grabbed a seat under their covered patio and I headed in to grab a drink. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating! I didn't see much of the interior but it looked warm and inviting! Service from the bartender was great! Beer choices were creative and diverse! We decided on the Lemon Shandy and Mocha Porter! Both had great flavor and made for awesome drinks on a summer afternoon! We will definitely be back!

This was out last stop at a few breweries out in the west metro. There is a ton of both outdoor and indoor space. It seemed very family friendly with lots of kids running around. We had their hazy IPA and their Oktoberfest; the Oktoberfest is the winner for us there. They also do serve food; and while we didn't have any the pizza looked really really good!

What a huge space! I really loved swinging in for a pint. I was able to sample a few of their beers. YUM! All of them were delish. I settled with their special blueberry one. Wish that was on the rotational menu - it was so good. Check out this spot next time you are nearby. Dog friendly. Multiple patios and they offer food too. Service was great. Super friendly crew behind the bar. Cheers.

Good food and spot to refresh after a long bike ride! Lots of open tables/areas to seat yourself and start relaxing. Lots of their brews to choose from.

The folks here are great ! The Nachos are awesome, some of the best in the area. Great atmosphere and setting! The Hootenanny is fantastic, wish it was year around!!!

What a disappointment, I.can see why it is dead with no one here on a beautiful day. The beer is just ok but the service has gone way down. If you don't want to offer samples anymore then put a sign up saying so but don't huff and roll your eyes at me. And this isn't the first time, last time we also had issues with the staffs attitude. I have no issue spending my money somewhere else, though can't say it would matter anyway. Sad as this use to be pur favorite.

Folks in Victoria are lucky to have this great brew pub in their town. Wide selection of quality beers with food available as well. We tried a sampler and loved their Tailfeather IPA. Also tried "The Raven", a Russian Imperial Stout which is 9% alcohol. Be careful! Super beer for a cold Winter day. You can order food which is made on site. They have some good flatbreads, mixed nuts, etc. Everything is pretty reasonably priced. The space itself is new and huge. Comfortable tables and high tops and there is an outdoor deck too. I remember being at their original site which was an old creamery. That space was unique and charming but their new digs are a definite upgrade. You order everything at the bar from the friendly staff who are knowledgeable about everything on tap.

Beer selection is always on point here! I love the variety and they always have a few different renditions of a lager for the light beer drinking folks and a rotating seltzer too! A huge taproom, upstairs deck, and lower patio with taps at the lower patio during peak times! Would love it if they had live music on the weekends for more entertainment. Beer is great though! Will keep coming back.

A couple weeks ago hubs and I decided to repeat our bike ride from 3 years ago on a nice end-of-summer Sunday. We were a bit confused when we rolled up and the brewery wasn't where we remembered it being! Turns out they had moved down the road to a much bigger place!I like the improvements since the last time we were here. Besides the bigger place their brews have definitely improved, both in styles available and quality. They also have seltzer waters now - hubs got the tropical flavor which was delightful.They also have food now, their own menu and not trucks (maybe they have trucks too but there wasn't one there when we were there). I got the grilled cheese and hub got the shrimp tacos. Both were pretty good. Prices for everything were pretty on par with what you'd find at any other brewery, in my opinion.Our bartender was great to chat with as well and switched football games on the TVs per our request once the Vikes were done getting beat, hah.Obviously I still recommend them but I'd say they've gone from good to great!
