You can find fresh breads here daily. The service is great when the man is up front, the lady that ring you up doesn't have the best attitude. She once packed all my bread into a plastic grocery bag. They always --always-- put your breads into brown paper bags to keep the sweet ones from the telera or bollio breads. I do wish the bollio or teleras were thicker with bread on the inside!! The pineapple empanadas are and have always been a family favorite. The besos are yummy and anything cream cheese there is good too! They carry the basics and mostly all the breads you'll need. The store is small but certainly carries a huge variety of breads including tres leches cakes! Sweet breads 9/10 bollio-teleras 7/10. Service is generally really good. The lady is kind of rude at times 5/10. Bring cash as they do not take cards!!

It's been so long since I've given a review and it's usually a positive one, BUT I felt a I needed to voice my situation- my negative experience. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. I called to ask what time the store opened to see if I can pick up some bread before I start my job. I first asked if this was el paisano and she answered rudely, "what do you want?" (She didn't even say yes or no.) Then I said, "what time do you open?" And the lady responded (as if I was attacking her) "why?" And I explained the reason and she goes, "oh well we open at 7 what do you want?"I couldn't continue the call after that. I hung up and decided to Yelp about it.

This place is amazing! The smell of fresh baked delicious goods about knocks you down when you walk in. We got a bag full of goodies for $5.50! Pan de muerto, donut, chocolate something and a loaf of bread. We will definitely be back.

This place is not fancy. But that is part of the charm. Usually, no one speaks English, but that adds to the experience. The pastries are amazing and inexpensive. When we have out-of-town guests I always stop here the day before, so I can offer a complete selection of genuine Mexican baked items. I love it!

This place is a hidden gem. They have all the classic Mexican baked goods as well as some less familiar ones. They only take cash but that shouldn't be too much of a problem because you can get a whole bag of goodies for about $5. Definitely recommend :)

I am a Mex-American and have grown up with Mexican bread. This is the absolute BEST Mexican bread I have ever had. When mom and cousin came to visit, I took them there and they agreed. Absolutely wonderful.

I love this bakery, every time I go to the chiropractor next door his office smells so delicious from the bakery. Just recently my boyfriend stopped into the bakery to check it out and now it is a few times during the week to buy these DELICIOUS treats for us. Very impressed with every thing the bakery offers, prices and staff. Thank you!
