Edge Bar + Boutique

We've been eyeing up this local gem since they opened and we finally made the stop! We decided to try both aspects of their sign out front: coffee + wine. Irish Latte with Coconut Milk: the whisky was subtle and the coconut milk was the perfect pairing (the milk alternatives are oat, almond, or coconut)Pinot Noir: flavorful and a bit dry, exactly as expectedApple Cinnamon Scone: they offered to warm it up and it was perfect. The scone was light and fluffy while the house made glaze gave it a touch of sweetness without being over the top; it melted in my mouthWe are definitely adding this to our list of regular local spots.

We had the Edge recommended to us by our freind. We are locals and it's awesome to have an actual coffee shop in the area, I'm not a big fan of big coffee chains! This place has awesome decor inside, it feels like a Minneapolis coffee shop. The coffee is good as well, they also have a lot of non coffee options and bakery options. The only minus is the price for the coffee is on the high side. I guess Inflation!!? I would recommend this to everyone if they want a place for good coffee and a place to hangout

I'm in love with this place! Settled in downtown elk River, this is the gem that was needed to top off this cute area. The baristas know what they're doing and have been trained well. The drinks and their menu are unique which helps them stand out. The vibe of this place they so got right. Great seating in and out and fun for the littles to view the trains that come through town. Genius that they do extra fun events and have a shop attached. Wish them all the best!

I was just driving by and had absolutely no intentions of even going to a coffee shop but I saw a sign in big letter say "coffee and wine bar" that intrigued me. I stopped by and to my surprise, it was the cutest coffee shop ever! I didn't even know we had a non chain coffee shop in Elk River, so this was the most exciting find! I tried the triple berries and cream Red Bull and the Arnie Palmer (I will be back again for coffee!) and they were very delicious. The barista was very sweet, friendly, made lovely conversation and made the drinks very quickly (I was third in line, and she got to me in no time).There is plenty of seating space (couches, high tops with chairs, large table with chairs, etc) and outdoor seating as well.There is a women's clothing boutique attached on the other side of the coffee bar, we didn't explore it too much, but the clothing on the mannequins was very trendy and cute. I did look at a small belt bag that was priced the same as anywhere that sells them so I am assuming the boutique has reasonable prices.I am so excited about discovering this bar and boutique today, I am 100000% coming back soon!

I love this place the coffee is awesome. The environment is enlightening and it's just an upbeat positive place to be if you're feeling down.

I hosted a bridal shower at this venue and it was so amazing. The floor plan was perfect, the food was beyond amazing and the owners and staff were top notch. I've never received so many compliments on a party I hosted. If you're thinking about hosting a party/gathering I would highly recommend Edge Bar and Boutique.

Me and my Fiancé love getting coffee here and we are always craving it! My Fiancé loves getting turtle white mocha and she says they are the best here!

Charming ambiance, friendly staff, and amazing coffee! It's the perfect spot to unwind or catch up with friends. Fantastic for unique coffee drinks and a glass of wine and the boutique shopping experience was wonderful! Such beautiful and different clothing and jewelry, my friends had to drag me out of there! I am most definitely going back! Thank you Jen and Ladies for the great day!

Adorable coffee shop. We enjoyed their special lattes. I wasn't impressed with the breakfast sandwich. It's seemed like it was pre-made and was soggy when warmed up. I would try other food on their menu.

I visited Edge Bar with a friend. The place was open, bright, and inviting. Upon entering, i was met by one of the owners. She was gracious and personable. My only complaint was the food. We ordered a charcuterie board, a grilled cheese sandwich, and chicken nuggets. All three were underwhelming. The charcuterie board only had two small meat offerings and one cheese offering - hardly enough for one person. The nuggets had an off-putting coating and were dry and luke warm. The grilled cheese sandwich lacked character, taste, and effort. My friend and I believe a revamp and quality upgrade of their menu should be a consideration.
