Fair warning - this review ONLY covers the aquatic center zero depth pool and toddler time. That said, OMG the aquatic center's zero depth pool and toddler time are so so so good! Ample parking, friendly staff, info readily available on the website, easy building to navigate. Plus the facility itself is really nice! There are spraying things, a slide, a cool water play table, PLUS you don't have to bring your own toys because there's a massive bin of watering cans and diving sticks and water wings (!!!) for kids to use. So good. The only reason this isn't a five-star review is that (IMHO) it's a bit pricey. It's always a bit silly to me when you take a kid to a toddler-specific event and still have to pay for the adult's entry - especially when it means I'm shelling out $13 every time we want to splash around. Still a great resource to have in the Twin Cities!

This place had one of the best ice rinks in the Twin Cities area. Smooth ice with no big cuts or watery after being surfaced. Played hockey here a lot of times and for sure one of my favorites to play at.

Nice facility with reasonable prices and tons of options. This is my regular gym now, and I've found it to be a nice option in Eden Prairie. It isn't as nice as Lifetime fitness, but it is about half the cost. It isn't as terrible as Snap Fitness, but it is less convenient for me.On hockey tournament days this place turns into a zoo. The parking lots are completely full, but they do open up one in the back that makes it slightly more bearable. They also have an option for kids to have birthday parties here on weekends, so that just adds to the crazy mix.The gym facility is nice, treadmills are somewhat newer, weight machines are pretty nice I have to say. The free weight selection is terrible. I've seen hotels that have more dumbbell selection then this full scale gym.Complaints - The free weight area of the gym is tiny, cramped, poorly ventilated, and lacking in enough free weights. Not to mention they have no TVs in that area. They only have about a dozen TVs in the entire gym, and they are all stuck on one station forever. So if you like to use one bike or elliptical that is stuck in front of FOX News 24/7, have fun! The machines aren't far enough back from many of the TVs to even give you views of any other TVs. It is kind of a bad setup, and I wish they had TVs on each machine or at least on the treadmills. The zoo atmosphere on weekends and from 5-7pm on weekdays.Overall, the reasonable price and multitude of options is why I like this place. I guess thats why its so busy and turns into a zoo.

Swim Meet Review.WTF EDEN PRAIRIE?? WHO DESIGNED THESE PARKING LOTS AND ROADS?Ok, that's done. But avoid left turns at all costs.WTF EDEN PRAIRIE? TWO LARGE BEAUTIFUL POOLS BUT LIMITED SEATING??Had to get that off my chest too.Bring your own food bc the snack bar is about a half mile away and you have to walk outside to get there. If your kid wants/needs you to walk in with her, you best be getting there crazy early. Thankfully my kid can just jump out and I went and parked about a mile away. Sometimes at swim meets the National Anthem is played. Instead, we all said the Pledge of Allegiance. Odd. This meet included lots of novices and under 8s, and many parents in the crowd were freaking out watching their poor kids miss heats. Not sure what type of meet volunteers they had on deck, but it seemed perhaps understaffed.I should say again, NO SNACK BAR. My kid was disappointed and I was relieved that we had packed plenty of snacks and weren't relying on it.The score board was cool.

I don't understand why the mediocre reviews given in the past. I have had a good experience here. I mostly come for the lap pool, but the facilities here are great. If you live in the area, the prices are pretty fair. The hours to swim are pretty extensive as well as the gym hours. Of course there are plenty of classes for adults and children. This is an essential resource for the community and I'm happy to utilize it while I'm in the area.

Pickleball invasion!!!! My family has been going to EPCC for 6 years now. Up until recently, we have been happy with our experience. Our primary reason for joining was the nice basketball courts, as my son is a basketball player. It seems that pickleball is taking up more and more gym time. I don't understand this so called sport--is it jumbo ping pong? Mini tennis ? Not to mention I've yet to witness a player eating a pickle during regulation play. I don't see a lot of sweating on the pickleball court, so maybe just file it under the "game" category, sort of like bean bag toss or ladder golf. Unfortunate to see a game take over some much space and time designed for more rigorous exercise. We are looking at other options, as it seems this trend will continue. Sorry epcc, you're missing the mark. #sourpickles

Usually a nice club to do work outs, when parking is available. Today 1/1 turned in renewal application Ucare OnePass. Everything was correct checked as of 12/31. Woman behind desk said ID # changed overnight. I said No ID #'s the same, check it. She proceeded to tell me what I had to do to renew before working out. Complete garbage, she did not know what she was talking about!. Starting with how to use Ucare Website. Went home created new OnePass account for 2025 (on Onepass Website "www.youronepass.com" not Ucare). Printed ID # using screen tool. Onepass ID# same AS 2024, AS I TOLD HER, ALL SHE HAD TO WAS ENTER THE ID# ON MY RENEWAL APP INTO THE COMPUTER TO CHECK. Instead said cannot workout you have to go home and get new ID#. When I came back, gave the same app, same ID, to different worker, she checked my EP Com Ctr account said nothing changed and activated for 2025. No time for workout after this 1 hour runaround. Note Onepass also good at nearby LifeTime Fitness. EP Center can be good or bad depending on who is working, and parking availability.

I've been going to this gym for about 12 years. Recently I encountered a very rude female employee on the workout floor (2nd floor). When I asked for her name she got irate and told me she would report me to the staff downstairs. So I complained to two of the staff and returned to my workout upstairs. Several minutes later I was approached by a male gym worker. He told me that he needed to speak with me downstairs. When I inquired why, he threatened to call the police if I didn't comply. So when I arrived downstairs he and another female employee at the front counter started accusing me of using foul language earlier on the 2nd floor. I told them several times I did not use bad language and wanted proof that I had done so. No proof was provided. I was then told to leave the facility or the police would be called. I grabbed my gear and left. I contacted management about how I was booted out of the gym with no evidence of what I was accused of. I asked for the proof again but was given nothing to back up their false claims. However, I was then accused of walking with aggressive body language (whatever that means), inside the weight room (you are on camera at many locations in the building). When I inquired what was aggressive body language, I was given no answer. Again, I've been using this facility for about 12 years (very clean facility, well kept machines and mostly professional staff), and have never had a problem until now. To be treated like a criminal for reporting a rude employee is truly unbelievable. So, if you attend this gym, be very careful. Some of the staff seem to think they are the customers, not the other way around. If something like this can happen to an unassuming senior citizen like me, it can happen to anyone.
