I finally got to Earl Giles after years of wanting to go & it didn't disappoint! The space is beautiful, with tons of seating. Our server was attentive, while not being intrusive. I tried their Electric Lemonade THC seltzer, which was refreshing & delicious. Next, I had the BB Seltzer & loved it! The flavor was light but still present (bye La Croix) & reminded me of a watered down Shirley temple. Our group also ordered food: Doritos (which had a wasabi-ish flavor), Rick's Pickle Dip (tangy & delicious without being overpoweringly pickle), & Potatoes (served with a generous sauce). We also all split the A Good Trip pizza, which was super tasty. Overall, I can't wait to come back & try the spirits they distill in house!

Ambiance is great here with tall ceilings, twinkle lights and tons of greenery! There seems to be endless seating space here most nights which makes it a great spot to bring friends.I love the sofa and comfy chair seating in the majority of the space - it makes for a more comfortable atmosphere. They have some really unique drinks that are different than you'll find elsewhere, and they use their own spirits which is cool! Some are better than others, but the menu is diverse so there's lots to pick from. I also really appreciate their affordable drink pricing.Service can be hit or miss here - I've been a few times now, and once we had very curt service at the front desk, and once we had to wait quite a while for table service. We haven't eaten here yet but have heard good things about the pizza!

Earl Giles has been on my list since their holiday pop up. Unfortunately I didn't make it there before the pop up left but we still had a good time. Here's what you need to know before you go. 1. Make a reservation. 2. Know that your reservation is either going to be a high top table or a lounge vibe on couches. We went on a Wednesday night around 545 and asked to be moved from a high top. The couches we sat at were comfortable enough, but we had to lean in for the conversation. Huge deal? No. We started with a cocktail (ginger mule) and a southern seltzer. Both were good but the seltzer was disappointing due to it being 90% ice. 3 strong sips and it was almost gone. Appetizer was the pickle dip, I would recommend it and order it again assuming pickles are your thing. We ordered two pizzas, both were thin and crispy- just the way I like a pizza.Service started off strong, at some point of server changed and no one told us. I didn't feel like the new server ever actually stoped by. After about an hour of no one coming back we flagged someone else down. It wasn't a huge deal since we were talking and catching up but they definitely missed out on us ordering a third round of drinks. For that they lost a star, I'll be back, and recommend checking it out if you haven't. They have a large lot with plenty of parking.

We visited for drinks on Valentine's Day I wish I remembered the name of the server who took care of us last night, but she was so friendly and got us anything we needed. All the servers were quite nice and accommodating. I loved the decor and music here too! My favorite drinks were the blackberry and lavender smash as well as the classic mule. The cheese pizza was simple yet delicious. I did not like the crab dip mainly because of the breadsticks. There is a spacious parking lot located in front of the distillery and overall we had a lovely experience.

I came back here for the first time since jingle giles ended and had a pleasant experience. We sat at the bar and were attended right away. We both got the spiked rum hot cocoa, which was yummy. The whipped cream had a strangely cheesy smell, but tasted normally. I really appreciate that they have the option to spike drinks instead of just choosing a premade cocktail.Even though Christmas is over, this place is still decorated really beautifully for winter and is very cute. The bartender was really friendly as was the host.

This spot is very trendy and was busy when we went on a Saturday night. They have a great mix of seating arrangements, however the couches are a bit uncomfortable and best for parties just doing drinks. We loved the vibe of the space with lots of natural light and greenery. The drinks were good, but definitely quality over quantity. The food was good quality. The pizza crust was perfectly chewy and cooked well with the amount of toppings. Our favorite item was the pickle dip and chips. Most of the drinks came with ice which took up most of the glass. This place is best for adult get togethers.

Went here on a COLD Friday night. A week prior to going we looked online at reservations and they were booked out a bit but it said that they do still take walk ins. We got there around 7 and were able to get a table right away. It was pretty busy but not packed. It was my first time visiting and I thought it was super cute. All the hanging lights, the plants, the art, loved it. Some of the plants needed some tlc but overall great concept. We ordered a few drinks and food (mostly pizzas). I tried the Pizza Indeed w/out the chorizo. The pizza was good. Love a good BOP. A bit pricey though. For drinks I had the Borealis Hurricane & Blackberry Lavender Sling. The Hurricane was good, I didn't really care for the lavender drink. The waitress was nice, very attentive. Seems like a generally cool place to hangout. They have a really nice size parking lot.

We hit up this cute place for a girls night. I was pleasantly surprised by the ambiance. Plants and lights everywhere. They have a cute sitting area with couches all around but we got seated at high top which was cool. We started off with their version of a hurricane which was so good. After that I tried the lemonade with lavender (I didn't like that as much). They have pizzas and a few handheld plates as well as some apps. I got one of their pizzas which was tasty. Parking is great. They have a huge parking lot which is not super common for this specific area. One thing I would recommend. If you need to go to the rest room and are scared of walking alone.. bring g a buddy it's pretty far and it's not the easiest to find, although they do have some nice art to look at on the way. Perfect place to try some cute cocktails and good food. I do recommend making a reservation (I think that's maybe how you get the couches). Although, we didn't have one and we were seated right away.

My most recent visit was to the Jingle Giles Christmas theme bar, and it was phenomenal. During special events it definitely gets busy, but they take reservations which is helpful. But even without a reservation you can hangout at a community table to stand nearby. Even when it's not the holiday season, EG is a great place for snacks, pizza, and drinks. It's always a good & delicious time!

I came to Earl Giles because they are one of the few spots that do Christmas decor around the holiday times. Their Christmas decor... amazing. You definitely feel the holiday spirit. The food was also delicious. We had: Brussel Sprouts, mushroom pizza also called A Good Trip, and their holiday special Swedish Meatballs. The Brussel Sprouts were good, charred topped with apples on a cheese sauce. If you like Brussel Sprouts you'll like this. The mushroom pizza was really good. Great mushroom umami and garlic flavors. The crust is fluffy and smoky from the wood fire oven. The Swedish meatballs were spectacular. Meaty and savory. The gravy had nice Christmas elements (hints of cinnamon and cardamom?).The service was good, nothing bad experienced at all. The drinks were nice and fun (especially their Christmas special drinks). This spot was popular, and the wait was about 2 hrs. Reserve ahead if you can.
