Absolutely the best shop I have been to. They have everything you need from comics to board games and more! The manager of this location is one of the friendliest and helpful people I have met in a retail store . I will continue to come back here

I'm often here for board game Meetups. I adore this store, because they have a variety of games and their prices are similar to Amazon. But why buy from Amazon when you can purchase it locally? Plus it's great getting suggestions from the staff. The staff are consistently awesome. They make you feel welcomed and you can tell they love their job.

There's a ton of competition for game stores. Dreamers falls short. To start with I only stopped in to grab some glue I normally play and pay elsewhere. The shop is nice. Good variety of boardgames. Little rpg section. They have a Large collection of flames of war which I thought was dying down a bit. They have a typical gamesworkshop spread. Albeit stocked to a bare minimum. Looks like they just decided to add guildball and ordered one of everything. Thats nice to see them on a current hot game. Where my review goes South is while searching boardgame geek on my phone for a review of 7 wonders duel the lady bee lined to me like I was stealing. I mean, zips around the corner and runs my way. Right in my face she asks if there's something I need. They said nothing when I walked in and nothing as I wondered the shop. But this weird aggressive approach was obviously a misled woman thinking the big guy in her store was up to no good. I tried to comment on their miniature game selection but they know nothing about mini games. I believe she said 'yeah, that guild ball stuffs sweet. See the mats and stuff'.. She didn't engage me like a person or somebody that may spend hundreds on models from her shop. More like a bum or potential nuisance. Either way it was super uncomfortable to continue browsing the shop so I didn't buy the 7 wonders game and left ASAP with my glue. I won't be back here. But I'm sure magic the gathering will eep their doors open. If you're a serious miniature Wargamer like myself there are better options in the city.

Nothing will ever compete with my childhood store the monster's den to me.. but this store comes close and is actually owned by the same person. From the people to the staff this place is a all around 5 out of 5 to me and would recommend to all!

Stopped in because I'm interested in getting back into playing D&D and wanted to check this place out. While they're still settling into their new big well lit space the selection of games and merchandise is good. The store manager (Melissa) was friendly and helpful. One of the folks who was there playing overheard some of our conversation, came over to introduce herself and invited me to join a group who she plays with on the weekend. These were seriously nice people! I'm looking forward to spending some time at Dreamers.

This is the best gaming store in the Twin Cities for both kids and parents. My son and daughter are here twice a week and the staff, the selection - everything about the store - is too notch.

awesome to have a good game store in the area. i dropped in the other day just to look around, walked out with a D&D 4e book i'd been having a hard time tracking down. it's a large store, solid support for card games and warhammer, some board games and current RPGs, still plenty of room for filling-in. i hope they're successful, i'm sure i'll be back.

I was recently in a warhammer 40K tournament and I had a decent time playing with the limited table room and somewhat under prepared and occupied event runner and after the 2nd round I was told I couldn't participate in the 3rd round for the reason of an odd number of people dropped and I had no opponent. They do gain back a few points for having an ok 40K selection. Overall not an exiting or interesting game store along with having unprofessional staff.

very unprofessional. didn't tell me the event time when i called (We could say it's oversight on my part). Showed up when they opened and got told it will be at 1pm. I signed up asking if i can buy a booster box for being in the event, they said yes. when the event started i asked about the rules to build a deck, they didn't really know. After the event i asked to buy a box they said there is none left. Wouldn't they have known how many people they sign up and their inventory? Could have laid out the facts from the begining and say you may not be able to buy one. They also told a friend of mine if he sticks around they will announce to him if they can sell him a box. Lucky he didn't waste his time and wait for nothing. So shady and unorganized and unprofessional.
