Doug's Power Equipment

After having inadequate help at the big box stores, we ran across Doug's store by accident. What a welcome change. Everyone there was helpful, knowledgeable, and able to answer all of our questions.We purchased a clothes dryer and a dishwasher at Doug's. The delivery and installation was perfect. Those who did the installation were as pleasant and knowledgeable as the in-store folks.Everything is working fine and we are quite happy. I would recommend their store to anyone.

We have purchased from Doug's before. The microwave we purchased 13 years ago finally died. We walked in and they had almost the same model for $80 dollars less than Amazon. We are very happy with Doug's and look forward to purchasing in the future.

Pat is wonderful in helping and giving you knowledge on products and don't give you the runaround in order to get a sale. He has helped us in finding a fridge. With his knowledge he asked questions to make sure which model would be beneficial to our needs. The staff is always helpful and willing to help. Definitely would recommend Dougs TV before any big department store.
