Put our trash out the night before. We had a bit extra but couldn't fit it in the bin. So we put it on the side as we have seen others do the same in our neighborhood. They picked up the bin but left the stuff on the side. I called and they said it costs extra to pick up the stuff outside the bin and that they wouldn't even pick it up today! The lady was rude and didn't even care to act with any compassion or empathy. This company is run by a bunch of rude, disrespectful people! I am and have been disappointed in the service they provide. It doesn't cost anything to be nice and these guys won't ever have that quality. Jerks!

Don't use them. Especially don't bother with them for yard waste pick up. I've tried 3 times this fall to schedule yard waste pick up and every single time they did not show up on our scheduled day. Which means the bags sat over the weekend and I had to call on Monday to report a missed pick up. After the first time they failed, I would call on our scheduled pick up day to make sure we were still on the route, and I was always reassured we were. Well, here we are again, bags still at the end of the driveway, and it was the last day for yard waste so now I get to find a place to haul and dump 3 bags of rotting leaves. If they weren't contracted with the city I live in for garbage, I wouldn't use them. Completely incapable of performing a service they offer. Not sure why they bother offering it.

I have been a customer for 15 years. When I discovered that my neighbor pats less for her 95 gallon bins than I do for my 65 gallon bins (and has been for several years) I called and asked for 1. Same price as her and upgrade to a bigger bin and 2. Some sort of credit for this. I was offered $1 off my next bill....1 DOLLAR!! Are you freaking kidding me? And when I asked to speak to management I was told that was not possible. Needless to say I canceled immediately. They do not care about keeping their customers....AWFUL

Terrible service. They will take someone else's garbage and charge you extra for it and expect you to pay it. Switched to Waste Management so much better.

Calling from home, after over 40 years of service, I waited over 15 min. on hold, listening to your music at both of your numbers, that I could find, your phone system really sucks and I am not very impressed with your service and this may be enough of poor service from you. Please respond to me.

Terrible service! They tell us the bins must be at the curb by 6:30 am but they don't roll through the neighborhood until mid or late afternoon. Every week I am out there picking up garbage from the lawn because all the cans blow over. If we don't pick it up, the service won't touch it. The neighbors received one of the service's passive aggressive notes stuck in their bin because the lid was sticking up slightly. I got one because the bins weren't at least 3 feet apart. If you have the option of choosing ANYTHING else, do it. Unfortunately, we are stuck because Shakopee chose them for citywide collection. Cheapest is NEVER best!

They did not pick up my recyclables. I ALWAYS put my can out the night before. Called to tell them they did not pick it up and they told me I had to prove it was out there the night before. Why would I waste my time calling them to them this if it was my mistake?! Poor customer service! Get some accountability for your poor business actions.

We recently moved into a small townhome association a year ago. LSI has provided us with good service. I've called in to inquire about getting Move in boxes recycled, special pickups and a cart repair. Customer service reps have always been courteous and professional. I saw some unfavorable reviews on google.... all I can say is......"Stupid is as Stupid does"! It's often a thankless job taking away someone's smelly trash and recycling, let alone some rude person calling and yelling as if it's the end of the world because the driver didn't pick up the extra junk you have on the ground around the cart. Hello???? A work order is required so that when they pick up your extra trash and charge accordingly... you can't come back at the company and deny you had the stuff out there! So to all the ungrateful unappreciative folks out there.... have a heart and find your manners! Quit treating people poorly and they won't reciprocate your bad behavior!
