Just because others made a review and it was mainly about the "atmosphere" I am writing one about our dining experience. We had breakfast here because others shut down breakfast at 1100. I was late getting my act together and I am glad I did. I will be getting my breakfast and or burgers here in the future when we are in town. What a great egg breakfast! Cooked just like I love them, "take the "wiggle" out of the white." Seems like an easy request however many a cook get it wrong as far as I am concerned. They usually turn the yoke into a hockey puck. Just give them a try and go back in time like the old cafes were back in the day. I am not saying it is outdated, I am saying come and enjoy a meal that will satisfy you and not break the bank. Thank you for reading this all the way through.

Eating here is like breakfast at a clubhouse. All the guests pitch in, wipe tables, serve coffee, replenish water, clean plates. You get the feeling of an extended family pitching in and most of this was done by men. It's cute. The owner takes your order and them cooks it. Sturdy, on point, breakfast and reasonable prices. This was our second visit in 2021 and make no mistake, the hash browns are perfection.

Cute place! Two of us got a burger & side for under $20 w/ tip. They were busy, but we got taken care of quickly.

Diana's was a cute diner with a friendly waitress. The menu was basic - but the eggs were cooked well, and breakfast was delicious. We dropped in off the highway, and it was worth the stop!

This quaint and small spot is across from the court house. Thus very convenient for me and my purpose of being in Albert Lea, MN on a very short visit. Simple menu but excellent taste! I love burgers and this was awesome! Not too large, great flavor of meat (it tasted like meat not some kind of meal mash burger) hot off the grill and my husband loves tator tots and I sample them often. They were very good too! I'll recommend this little spot! It only has 7 tables & 9 seats at the counter. An intimate setting with local peeps and good food!

Good homade food. Small intimate place with the owner doing most of the cooking under the care only an owner can impart. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

just ate breakfast there.. 8 of us! Service was awesome.. food was awesome! Owner took our orders by memory.. served us ( correctly recalling our orders) and as we paid she recalled each order! The food was delicious! Best breakfast out in a long time! Cost was awesome too! Will definitely will be back! We had never been there before and were happy to have thought of them for breakfast!

This is that little town Diner that as soon as you walk in the door you feel welcome. FOOD is great service is "Diana" the owner. Always a Friendly smile and a, so what do you have today?1 to 10? 10.5 !!

My wife and I were headed to Minnesota from Kansas City for the 4th of July weekend. What had been on the road since 6am and at 10:30 I went to yelp to find a place to eat. Diana's Diner popped up and looked just like the kind of places we love to discover on a road trip.I pressed google maps and was led right to it. As we pulled up I noticed an "A" frame sign in front that said Open from 6 am to 11am for the 4th.I looked at the clock and it was 11:06...my heart sank.I asked my wife to let me out as I frantically ran inside to plead my case and get some much needed and anticipated good home cooking.The owner quickly sensed my desperation and took pity on me and said" Tell your wife to come in, I'd be happy to feed you."She whipped up a perfect breakfast of French toast for my wife and sunny side up eggs, sausage and hash browns for me. It was the perfect meal at just the right time by some down to earth great people.Simple menu prepared with love, what more can you ask for?
