Cupboard is located within the lobby of a hotel in Bloomington, MN. I was excited to try a new coffee spot and chose Cupboard as my Saturday place to try. The parking was a little confusing and I chose to park in a ramp close to the hotel. There were not many other customers at the time of ordering and I chose the matcha. My drink was very tasty and fairly priced. In addition, the service was very friendly and timely. We chose to enjoy our drinks on a nearby walking trail.

Service was quick and our barista was very kind. It was in a hotel which I was surprised by. I got a vanilla latte, it wasn't my favorite latte but it was fine. There was some seating and a parking ramp.

My boyfriend and I stopped here for a coffee and croissant. I ordered the seasonal drink, the chocolate covered strawberry mocha, and it tastes exactly how it sounds; like chocolate covered strawberries with espresso. My boyfriend ordered the toasted marshmallow macchiato and it's a twist on a Carmel macchiato with smoky marshmallows. Both drinks over ice were superb. I also ordered a cheese danish and croissant. Freshly baked and warmed to perfection. Tamika is the owner and her personality matches her pastries, warm and inviting. We highly recommend you check this place out located on the ground floor of the Aire MSP apartments.

I thought I was going to a locally owned free standing coffee shop! Surprise! It was a hotel lobby coffee shop. Difficult to park if you're not staying there. Coffee was just ok!

Coffee has amazing deep flavor, excellent!My husband and I each enjoyed Americanos. Very pleasant, welcoming atmosphere, the coffee smelled amazing! A friendly lady took our order, we briefly visited, she is the owner. A true family owned business.
