I Always receive the best service in the Woodbury location! Love Crumbl! I always go to this location.

I have finally admitted to myself that I am a regular at Crumbl. These cookies are always spectacular and the rotating menu keeps you coming back for more. I highly recommend getting the app to get the rewards and get the ability to rate the cookies and order ahead. My only complaint is that if you order ahead and show up, they don't put your box together until you're in the store which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Service is always pretty fast so it's never been a big issue. It's nice that piada and Qdoba are right next to it so you can grab dinner and desert in one place.The store is always clean and employees are always friendly and welcoming. The cookies are addictive so bear that in mind before coming here.

Pleasantly surprised at how delicious these cookies were without being overly sweet. The restaurant was clean and smelled amazing. Service was great.

This lived up to the hype. We went after dinner on a weekday and the line was 5 people deep. The line moves quickly. It was a cashless system with self ordering at the counter. It took under 5 mins to get our cookies after ordering. Each cookie is very large and could easily be split between 2-3 people. There is no space to eat in the restaurant. Staff presented the cookies before closing the box which was great. Their shop is super clean and has a minimalist feel.

Man, the new cake experience is out of this world. I have never thought crumbl would have better cake brands than nuthin Bundt cake

The chocolate chip pecan has cinnamon in it why????? Completely ruined it. I didn't want an oatmeal raisin I wanted a chocolate chip with nuts

Crumbl has a promotion with the Minnesota Twins where they give a free cookie the next business day if the Twins get six hits or more. Requirement is to show your tickets, either paper or screen shot. Went today to collect on three paper tickets and was told they would only give me one as their manager's new rule was you had to have a person for every ticket. This is not how they have historically done this (as recently as two days before), and it is not called out in the promo that way. It makes no sense since the location does not even have seating where they could benefit from upselling the people who come in!We often get an extra dozen for my kids sports team when we collect the free ones, but now we will just save ourselves the calories and our money since it seems that this location either does not want to honor their promotion or needs a new manager who understands why they do promotions in the first place!
