store was a bit dirty and they were out of a lot of cookies, but service was good and they tasted good too.

Mini Monday Review!7.99 for 3 mini cookies - I think it's a good deal!! They're a good size, probably 3-4 bites hahaha. Love it if there's 3 weekly flavors I want to try! They don't skimp on the toppings, finishes, etc. The SLP shop always has parking spots and the staff is friendly (but a tad slow haha). Mini Monday gets 4 stars!

I ordered a pick up order the night before so that I could stop in right when they opened to bring some cookies to work. They were ready within 5 mins of me getting there! Super speedy! There were 6 flavors to choose from and we chose: lemon, peanut butter jelly, chocolate chip and peanut pretzel. Very unique flavors and all delicious! I would recommend this shop!

This is a chain location so you already have an idea what you are getting. They do make everything from scratch which is nice. The customer service always looks dead behind the eyes and does not want to help you. If you don't mind standing around for a bit before they decide they want to help you out then this location might work for you

Ordered cookies to be delivered and never received them. Called for three hours and no one answered. Never got our cookies or anyone on the phone. Definitely would NOT recommend getting cookies from here.

This location is tucked into the little strip mall area and has a shared parking lot with the other businesses. Super easy order-ahead process or there are kiosks on site for order as well! Staff is so nice and the waiting area is really clean. I love the addition to the sites of the visual waiting list and order statuses so you can see when/if your order is ready.I've had great experiences with picking up smaller orders here - the dozen or smaller orders are packaged super well. The catering orders are more of an issue. I got a catering order and ended up with crushed cookies and boxes that were falling apart. I walked with them from my car into a building, so that was frustrating. At another Crumbl location, they put all my catering boxes (same number of mini cookies) into large bags and I had no issues with transporting them.I think with some changes to the transport of larger orders, this would be a great location to pick up at!

Picked up a box of 4 cookies here after dinner. There was a bit of a wait for one of the cookies in our box since it was still in the oven, but we didn't mind since we then got the cookies fresh and warm! Ordering was easy in-store on the tablet. Pricing was decent at $14 for 4 cookies (they're massive and definitely on the heavier side, so they feed multiple people). If you like chewy and underbaked cookies, then you'll love these!

Just stopped here on a whim as I've heard of this place but hadn't tried it before. SOOO glad I did. I will say, the shop is super small, and super cute and chic. Very fitting for a cookie shop. Its self-service when it comes to ordering. Upon entering, there was a large screen with pics of the yummy choices and 2 tablets directly below to order your goodies. They're HUGE FYI. I decided to keep it classic with a regular chocolate chip cookie, althuogh the others seemed equally delicious. Probably the best cookie I've had to date. They handed it to me in this cute little pink box, after showing me what I ordered. And it was waaaaarrrrrmmmm!!! I started tearing it up in the car. Will definitely be back in the future!

They always have good service. We didn't like the was 1 of our cookies looked and they made a different cookie for my nephew with no problem
