Not very busy and we weren't sure if they were open since it looked dark inside and their open sign was not on. But we checked the hours on the for and they were open so came inside. My daughter and I wanted to try different kind of cookies and so wanted more than one kind to eat so we opted to get six mini since we can't finish the regular size cookies. Er got the strawberry cupcake, banana caramel, Biscoff lava cookies, red velvet and the original chocolate chip cookie. My favorite so far is probably the Biscoff lava cookie. It was not as sweet as the other cookies and has a slight hint of peanut butter. I love their soft chewy cookies.

Delicious giant soft cookies with weekly rotating fun flavors. We order these often as a weekly treat to the end of a long week and the cookies never disappoint. My favorite is the passion fruit glaze which I hope they bring back soon. Recommend splitting the cookies because they're truly massive. Download the app to keep up to date on new releases!

Surprised the Cookie Monster hasn't paid a visit!Great and quick service. By the time we ordered, which was very easy and simple, we got our cookies.The taste is cake-like, but warm and yummy! Could have more sugar in them because of the cake-like flavor, but they hit your sweet tooth just right. I wish there were more options to try because I would definitely try others!I would come back again, and maybe next time I'll have to buy extra for the Cookie Monster.

I walked in and the place smelled so good like fresh cookies. I wanted to pay in cash, so I waited at the front at the register for 3 minutes. No one came by me and just stared at me. Eventually I just used my card but that made me annoyed. Cookie was delicious I got the rocky road cookie. Customer service should be better, as someone also in the food industry.

Wow, an amazing chocolate chip cookie. It has just the right ratio of cookie dough to chocolate chips. It definitely is worth the price. I look forward to trying them all.

Great customer service! The employees are very kind and the building is very clean. I got a 6 pack of cookies and ate 2 of them personally. They are very delicious especially when heated up and eaten with some milk.

Where has this place been all my life?!? Holy cow! Delicious moist cookies. They're huge too! Totally worth the price. I've never had anything like it.

Delicious cookies. My favorite is probably the chocolate chip since it's not as sweet. Other cookies are great but a bit too sweet for me!
