Crumbl - Eden Prairie

I have been to the St. Louis Park and Edina stores. Best cookies I have ever tasted, decadent and gourmet. The cakes and cheesecakes are also amazing. They are always coming up with new, fun flavors.

Crumbl Cookie is a solid spot if you prefer a more cake-like cookie. Their flavors are creative, and the presentation is always on point. However, for me, I prefer my cookies to be soft, warm, and fresh-out-of-the-oven gooey, and Crumbl doesn't quite hit that mark.The cookies are thick and rich, but they lean more toward a dense, cake-like texture rather than the classic warm, melty cookie I enjoy. That being said, if you like that style of dessert, you'll probably love this place! The weekly rotating flavors are fun, and the packaging makes for a nice treat to share.Overall, it's a good spot for those who enjoy a cakier cookie, but if you're looking for that just-baked, gooey center, it might not be the best fit.

My friends and I have coined this Crumbl as "mosquito corner" because the corner by the tv and the ceiling is covered with hundreds of mosquitos and bugs dead and alive...The pic was taken summer 2023 when we came here for the first time. We didn't come back until this weekend and there were MORE (video)! The empire grew over the year... What is happening

First time at this location. The staff were working extra hard and had lines out the door that included a few grumpy customers. The store could use some love...there were bugs all over ceiling, messy work stations, and very dirty floors. However, the cookies were delicious and were presented nicely. The only other hiccup was that my mobile order couldn't be found in the system, so I waited an extra 20min past my pickup time. Overall, friendly staff and yummy treats...but could use a deep clean!

Wow. Great cookies. Customer service is a bunch of uninterested teens usually paired with a dynamic manager to help the place function. This makes the tipping option hysterical. Hop tips: Order ahead on the app; bring your own napkins (at ANY CRUMBL, they never have napkins - this is weird!) ; Fav flavors: any of the cheesecake ones, wedding cake, lucky charms, pink sugar, buckeye.

Not a very welcoming place. I was asking about the blueberry cookie and the girl right in front of me kept asking what I said and a guy from the back heard me and told me the cookie was only available no weekly or something, so my thanks goes to him. Maybe don't have the person who can't hear or doesn't know anything in the front. I didn't know they rotated cookies out. I wish some would stay every week. I drove an hour for that dang cookie lol. I only like the blueberry cheesecake one. Sigh. Maybe next year

I stalk their weekly release every Sunday. Every cookie I've had here has been 10/10! This time I opted for an online order on the app. It was super simple and quick! Got my cookies within a minute of arrival (you tap "I'm here"). Staff has always been so friendly. Leftovers are just as amazing soStock up!M&m was thick and warm and so delicious. Pb ft Reese's was warm and decadent!

Not a good day at Crumbl in Eden Prairie - they were clearly not prepared for the crowd as you could tell they were overwhelmed/stressed. No greetings, no eye contact, no smiles, not very clean, and the cookies - not their best work.

Location is great not too close to home cookies are always delicious.Employees were kind and helpful.

Love crumbl cookies and the variety of flavors they have! I look forward to seeing what flavors they have every week too.
