Quick and friendly every time I go I recommend it :) thought thought though thought thought

We love crumble cookie! This location is always busy. But they've certainly got the recipes down to a science. My husband is a Cookie Monster and so orders from here more than I do. One draw back is both times he places a mobile order, when we arrived in the designated curb pick up spot, he waited an egregiously long time and eventually just got out of the car to pick up the cookies. So heads up! It's not a true curbside pick up not at least from our experience, but more like a designated short term parking spot. Otherwise it's a clean location!

Honestly, not the best value for cookies. But my kids love them and asked so nicely today, I caved. Each cookie is so delicious and they were still warm when I picked them up. I was the only person in line when I showed up. There were at least 3 employees working and none of them acknowledged me for 3 minutes while I waited for my order. The store is minimalistic and clean.

Unfortunately I had a terrible catering experience here. I ordered over 100 cookies in individual boxes for a work event. The morning of pick up, I received a confirmation call for pick up but only at that time did they mention that I would have to bring several boxes or bags to individually pack over 100 boxes into my car. They told me that Crumbl doesn't have any sort of large catering paper bags or cardboard box and I would have to figure out how to carry them out to mon my own.Their only suggestion was to provide me with all the cookies in large boxes and give me the individual boxes separately so that I could manually pack them all up myself at my event. This defeats the purpose of paying $1 per cookie to have them pre-packed in boxes. I find it pretty alarming they have no way to bag individual boxes in large quantities yet offer this as an option for catering. They charge $1 extra per cookie for this service, yet don't provide a way for you to receive these cookies.I expected to stop by at my designated pick up time and pick up several large catering bags and be back on the road in 5 minutes max. Instead, I had to pack over 100 individual cookie boxes up into tote bins I brought from home.I will never be using Crumbl for large catering orders again.

This was my first Crumbl cookie purchase and it was smooth and easy! I placed my order on the app for in store pick up. When I arrived in the store there was no wait and the staff was quick to greet and help me. I noticed how clean and bright it was!! From the moment I stepped in it only took a few mins for me to get my cookie purchase and was out the door! I definitely will be coming back....you have a new cookie fan :)

Always a great experience. Fresh cookies that are baked to perfection! Always six flavors to choose from, some served warm and some chilled (depending on the flavor). I also love to enjoy warm cookies chilled later on, give it a try!Today I went with cinnamon maple roll (warm) and vanilla golden oreo crumble (warm) and OH WOW!! Loved the cream cheese frosting on the golden oreo one. Service is always fast and smooth, especially when using the app! Be sure to make an account to earn Crumbl loyalty rewards as well!

On my first full day in Eagan back in late March, I was running a few errands and shopping. I drove by Eagan Promenade and noticed a sign for Crumbl Cookies. OMG! There's a Crumbl Cookies five minutes away from the hotel that I was at. First thought: I didn't have to drive to Apple Valley anymore for my cookie fix.Second thought: So deadly. I need to place an order!I decided to place an order on Monday for six cookies. I had lunch in the fridge that I simply needed to reheat in my hotel room. I needed dessert, though. I got these cookies:- Classic pink sugar- Honeycomb - Coconut white chip- Peanut butter brownie- Cookies & cream milkshake- Milk choco chipI also got a half pint of raspberry cheesecake ice cream. I ordered through the Crumbl Cookies app. It was simple. I specified a noon pickup time and paid through the app.When you get to the store, you indicate that you are there and your order is put together. You then get a notification that your order is ready and you can head inside the store.The store is a few doors down from Panera Bread. These stores are across from TJ Maxx, a store that I drop by at least once when I'm in Eagan.I parked fairly close to the main entrance. I then headed inside.Staff are so friendly here. Everyone said hi. I spoke to a delightful woman and said that I had an order. She knew who I was and handed me the pink box, followed by going into the fridge to get my ice cream.I could tell by holding the box that it was sturdy. The last time I held their box last November, it was flimsy and I thought that all cookies in the box would fall out.This place recently opened. I was thankful. This woman was great. She admired the honeycomb cookie. She said that it was her favourite out of the set that week.Most cookie flavours are new. There is at least one that's a regular staple every week. In my batch, I believe that the regular ones were the classic pink sugar and peanut butter brownie cookies. I drove back to the hotel to reheat my spaghetti with meat sauce from Olive Garden. For dessert, I had the honeycomb cookie. It was insanely good! It had honey buttercream and sprinkles on chocolate-covered honeycomb bits. It was enjoyable to eat and was unique.I had the coconut white chip the following day. The coconut was so fresh and toasted. I loved the white chocolate chips that were bordering on chunks within the cookie. Delicious!The cookies & cream milkshake tastes exactly like a decadent milkshake that you'd get for an old-school diner, but in cookie form. The flavours were spot on. I hope that it becomes a regular special flavour on the menu.You can't go wrong with the milk choco chip. I am thinking that perhaps this flavour is classic, too. It's the perfect ratio of chips to cookie.The classic pink sugar cookie was probably my least favourite out of the box. It wasn't not horrible. It tasted boring compared to the rest of the flavours. I felt bad for it, but not bad enough to devour it.My original intent was to eat the peanut butter brownie cookie on the plane flying back to Toronto. I never did because I had a pepperoni stick instead and that sustained me. The following day, I indulged in this cookie. It was fantastic! It was fudgy and peanut buttery yummy. I loved it.I was excited to try ice cream for the first time from Crumbl Cookies. I got the raspberry cheesecake. It was creamy and the raspberry flavour popped with a bit of tartness. The cheesecake part wasn't overly rich, which I appreciated. I had half of it one day. I then added the rest to root beer kombucha to make a float. It was delicious. It paired nicely with the root beer.I had a terrific experience at this Crumbl Cookies. I'm so glad that it's in Eagan. I can't wait to return, and get more cookies and ice cream.(124)

Such an Awesome place and the staff here are really nice!! The cookies are always good here...nice and hot ready to go.
