Crumbl - Minnetonka

I've always had good experiences with this Crumbl location. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the cookies seem to be consistently good. Definitely a favorite treat for my family. I just wish their app and their online ordering system (for delivery) would have an "edit order" feature.

Love our local Crumbl Cookie location in Minnetonka! They usually have fun test flavors each week that you can't find at other stores. Service is always fast & friendly. Lots of parking available in the lot in front of it.

Service was okay, but the cookie I got was terrible. I usually love their cookie dough flavor, but today, my cookie was rock hard. I thought maybe it was because it was chilled, so I let it come to room temperature. It was still solid. Kind of disappointed. I'm glad it wasn't busy at least.

This Crumble Store is particularly special, as it's where they test their new flavors. It's the only location in Minnesota, with the nearest other store located in Chicago.As soon as you step into the store, you can immediately smell the delicious cookies. With three ordering tablets, you won't have to wait long to place your order.The cookies are delicious. They might be a bit pricey, but they're totally worth it!

I was so curious to know what the big hype was all about when it came to Crumbl. I mean a cookie is a cookie, right? Now I completely understand. These are by far the best cookies I've ever had. Some of them are chilled (don't let the thought of a cold cookie fool you, they're still DELICIOUS) and some are fresh out of the oven nice and warm. I am now obsessed. They're huge and each cookie is honestly about 2 or 3 regular cookies. My family and I usually cut them in to 5 slices and just taste each flavor lol. It's so easy to just eat an entire box though. I love the ordering method. You can either order online, or go in person and order off an iPad. And your order is done in like 2 minutes. The service is so fast! Their ambiance is a nice clean and modern environment. Just perfect to pick up and go!

I hadn't been to this new Crumbl location yet, but I will for sure going forward. The staff is so kind and the interior is really clean. Parking is in a shared parking lot in a large business center.I placed a large catering order and everything was packaged and bagged for me at the time I had set up for pickup. Easiest pickup I could have imagined! The staff even helped me bring the bags to my car since I ordered several hundred cookies. As always, the menu was a knock out and I can't say enough good things about this location!

I love crumbl, it's a tasty and guilty pleasure. I'm not sure I'll be back to this location since the self order station had a few bugs by it.

great cookies open late and delivers to my house. a literal munchies dream. cant wait to get more cookies from them

These cookies are essentially a heavily frosted cross between a cakes and a cookie. Sounds good but it's not. They are an over sized, over priced sugar binge.

the cookies are too sweet but the customer service is nice. they put way too much raspberry icing on the cookie.
