The service is always great; quick and efficient. Not all cookies are a slam dunk but boy it's great when they are!

Crumbl cookies seemed over-hyped to me nowadays, but I enjoyed the chocolate pretzel cookie. All the cookies are super sweet for my liking, so it's okay once in a while. I wouldn't buy it often. The butter cake was wayyy too buttery. It might be worth it for some other folks but not me. They have all the cookies baked and prepped on the side so the ordering system and receiving your order is very quick.

4 stars because I've been to this location a few times and usually the service is quick, there's never more than 5 people inside. Tonight was a Monday, and I'm not sure if this was why, but I walked inside and there was about 30 people waiting for their items. I ordered at 5:55 and didn't receive my order until 6:20. Therefore I waited 25 minutes for 3 cookies and a rice krispy bar. I noticed about 5 people working so maybe they need more people on Mondays because that was CRAZY. The person who gave me my order did apologize for the wait so I applaud them for acknowledging their long wait time but hopefully they can find a solution so not every Monday goes this way!

Delectable, shareable, indulgent and destined to fulfill your sweet addiction. The rotating menu of morsels means every week you can mix up your favorites as you see fit. The service is good and the ordering is simplified. The cookies are presented like gifts from the tooth fairy herself. You know it, you love it... now get some. My only complaint - I've found the texture in my opinion to be a bit on the uncooked side from time to time, if this doesn't bug you than proceed as normal.

I unfortunately had the worst experience so far at a Crumbl location. I am unfortunately here in MN for an unfortunate family situation and still wanted to redeem my birthday cookie for some semblance of normalcy and joy. I was ecstatic to see there were Crumbl locations in MN (I'm from out of state). I ordered my cookie ahead of time and went in the stir to pick up my cookie. Here's the negative experience:Upon entering, not one of the 3 employees acknowledged my presence at all as a customer. I saw someone waiting for their cookie and I stayed back to allow space and for them to be helped. After they were given their box, I still wasn't acknowledged at all (I was right at the pick up area). I waited and allowed time and space to see if anyone would come up and ask for my name or if I had a pick up or even say "hi" or "we will be right with you". Literally none of that happened. After the next event (the young small blonde worker handing a man who entered after me his order while again not even looking at me and passing his box past me into his hands), I said "is there a reason that no one is acknowledging me?" (This wasn't said rudely, I was genuinely curious after waiting and left wondering). Only then did one of them say "I'm working on your order and I'm just trying to get these orders out". Again, the point was missed. So when she handed me my box, I said "honestly, at least a "hi" would have been nice". I got a "sorry". Then after I left and was in my car doing my pick up survey, all 3 workers were clearly talking about this and me. It was hands down the worst experience and customer service experience ever at Crumbl. To be treated like I was invisible and not even worthy of a greeting, was appalling. PS I don't know why she said she was making mine, she didn't know my name or ask for my name in order to know she was making my order. So her response and assumption was also another poor customer service mishap. My mood went from excitement and joy from a very taxing family emergency trip, to feeling very negative and sad. I truly hope management is training on basic customer service skills which should always include acknowledging customers who walk in the door and who are waiting at the pick up area. What happened today was inexcusable and was unavoidable.This experience overshadowed the cookie and rendered eating it less enjoyable as well. The 2 stars is for the cookie alone. I would give the cookie 4 stars and the service 0 stars.

The Apple Valley location gets really busy, and it's pretty small, but the service is still really good, and employees do a good job there. I really like that they made the mini cookies now, so you can sample 3 at a decent price. The cookies are pretty good, but I think they are a little too soft in the middle, but that's just me.

I've visited this Crumbl a few times and have used the curbside pickup option both times. Waiting is a thing of the last! The orders are ready when I place them which is so helpful since I'm usually bringing these to work meetings!I love that they show the cookies and make sure everything looks right before sending you off. Quality control is on point! I can tell everyone working is having fun with great music and smiles all around. I love Crumbl and this location is a really easy in and out trip (get the app - it makes things way easier than they already are)!

Go to stop when we need a sweet treat! Love ordering from the app, and curbside pickup is so convenient. It's so fun to check out their new weekly flavors, honestly haven't had a cookie that we didn't like yet.We have ordered more times than I would like to admit! The cookies are so good they are often scarfed down before I can snap a photo. Crumbl also offers delivery if you want to make someone's day!

Yummy so good! They're like ``boutique cookies'', or gourmet I guess. Cookies are all they do so they do it well (most of the time lol). They are huge so they are shareable and last longer than an average cookie. They are served warm and fresh, and the flavors are pretty unique
