I stayed in Saint Cloud for a month and was very satisfied with this mall. One of my pet peeves is not being able to find a restroom and this mall has plenty. The bus stop is nice to have, just make sure to plan ahead on the week-ends as service is reduced. If you have a chance, I would stop by the Earthbound Trading Company store as they have some really nice stuff. Scheels is an awesome store as well. There is a Best Buy across the street as well as a Micheal's. Home Depot is not that far either.I stopped in the food court to charge my phone and security told me where there were extra outlets so I could sit down (I was parked on the floor). All the stores and their employees were kind, attentive, and courteous. The kiddies can ride around the mall corridors on little animal scooters. How fun to be a kid nowadays! There seems to be a lot of foo-foo women's stores about, but then isn't that the way it has always been with malls?

Crossroads Center has been around for 56 years in St. Cloud so local families and visitors alike have all been here. Over the years, it's gotten a face lift and stores have come and gone, but it remains in the same spot in the heart of Division Street. I've been here countless times since I was a little kid, and all in all, I think it's a solid mall with a wide selection of stores. My favorite stores are, Target, JCPenny, Ulta, Hot Topic, Scheels, Bath & Body Works, and American Eagle. I've also gone to the AT&T here for phone and internet services. Don't expect too much from the food court, it could use more diverse food options than just American and Chinese food, but it's not bad if you're just passing by and in need of a meal to tide you over after a long shopping spree. There's Noodles & Company and Red Robin right across from the mall too. If you're craving a snack, go to Pretzelmaker and get yourself a cinnamon sugar soft pretzel! I've been doing that for over 20 years, and I promise you, you'll thank me for it later. There are many entrances and plenty of free parking in the surrounding lots. There's a bus stop right at the front entrance of the mall too which is nice for mall visitors.

In spite of the recent news, the Crossroads Center is a good place to find a lot of stores in one place. I'm not a mall person, but I'm grateful we have a J.C. Penny's here. There are shoe stores, a food court, Macy's, Target, and Sears anchor the mall. You can find specialty shops, cell phone dealers, Caribou Coffee, Dairy Queen, and a lot more here. It's not always easy to find parking on the Target side. Park in front of Sears. It's the best place to find parking. This is St. Cloud's only large mall. If you're looking for places to eat outside the mall, Red Robin, Chick-Fil-A, Panda Express, and Noodles and Company, and Famous Dave's are all found in the parking lots surrounding the mall.

It is nice having a close location to get some basic shopping done. All the stores I need plus a few are available in Crossroads Center. One pet peeve of mine is trying to shop in a crowded store. Crossroads Center is just busy enough. I can get my shopping done and don't have to stress about too many people around. It is also a great place to meet friends and grab a cup of coffee.

I wish every single table I sit at in the food court didn't wobble. Then the mall would be perfect.

This a a great mall for the area. It has a nice variety of shops and kiosks. It is consistently clean and presents a welcoming environment. In my opinion ion the is the best mall north of the Twin Cities.

Well, if you need a mall... you could do a lot worse than Crossroads. You've got your mall staples (Hot Topic, AE, Aero, Hollister, Vicky's Secret, etc) and a couple surprises, but nothing really stands out.Because the mall has built itself into a corner, there's no room for expansion unless they build a parking ramp and then expand into one of the lots. No real option for a second floor exists, so you can kiss that goodbye. All in all, a functional shopping center with little to no growth potential.
