I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! I hired them for my wedding and I was BEYOND disappointed with the quality of service I received. They played the wrong entrance music, they didn't even know we were doing a first dance despite having a form that we filled out with all the info, they updated their system 2 days prior to the event and the first dance song didn't play more than 30 seconds. We had to use a microphone and a cell phone to play our first dance. We gave them a list of songs we wanted played and they didn't play a single song off that list. They refused to play any song that was requested by our guests. A VERY poor experience all throughout. What makes matters worse is that upon contacting the owner (Gary) all we got from him was excuses. No apology, no refund. The only offer we got was a discount on our next event. There's NO WAY we would EVER book this company for any event after the lack of quality and customer service we received. This company is a joke and a scam! AVOID USING THE COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!
