Crave Cafe & Deli

I've never been in the cafe, but I have ordered lunch from here a few times. The Asian salad is my favorite.Tons of crunchy veggies, topped with plump mandarin orange pieces and sprinkled with crispy noodles on top. Today, I tried it with salmon. Unfortunately, the salmon wasn't seasoned so the bland fish did nothing for the dish. A little sprinkle of salt perked it up a bit, but a bit of seasoning before hand would do wonders. Also, I though the portion of salmon was a kinda small for the upcharge. I also ordered the chicken and wild rice soup. It's chilly in my office and this soup was just what the doctor ordered. It's was hearty and filling and delicious. The portion size is only about a cup, so when I order it again, I'll be sure to order more than one. The crackers served with them were stale, so that was an unpleasant surprise. Not a deal breaker, but it might be good to double-check the expiration dates on these things.I've previously ordered the Koran rice bowl, as well. The dish itself was really good... my only complaint was that the meat was minced/shredded instead of sliced. It gave it an unusual texture, but not enough to keep me from ordering it again.

In between 2 meetings that were kind of in this area, I was looking for something quick and scrumptious to grab for lunch. Yelp app to the rescue! With its 5 stars & 1 dude review mentioning a French Dip, I just had to see for myself how it would rate.Freakin' 5 starts for staff right off the bat for sure! Not only did they tell me about their fancy shmansey touch screen soda/water machine, they actually walked me over and showed me the ropes first hand (maybe because I'm deaf?? Or maybe be cause they are just that awesome?!)They hand you a number to insert in the metal-post-number-holder at the table of your choice after you order and pay for your food. I swear I just sat down and got my phone out to start on my review and here comes the food before I could even log in! 5 starts for speed! Great place for Yelp peeps that have to work crazy corporate jobs with those sad short lunch breaks!!The food...if you're familiar with Crave restaurant, imagine the menu cut in 1/16th and presented deli style. Still fab only not all of the fancy items the full size version of the restaurant. I was torn between the gorgeous beet salad that was screaming "pick me! Pick me!" in the display case and the French Dip that the 1 dude review wrote about. I casually mentioned I was torn between the two and voiced my wish that I could have half of both. They said I could!!! Sigh...the gal in me that loves variety and trying multiple things was VERY pleased!

This restaurant is hidden inside building without any sign boards. Hard to notice unless you know the area well. Probably they just cater to surrounding businesses. It's quite spacious inside and their menu is also quite huge to satisfy varied food needs of individuals. I tried their rice bowl with yellow curry, it was fantastic. My colleague too enjoyed sipping the soup n wrap. Definitely worth a try n I recommend this restaurant.

I have stopped here for lunch several times, as it is close to my work. I really enjoy the simple, tasteful atmosphere and the no-frills menu. Different specials each day, sandwiches, salads, soups, and breakfast. A nice place to enjoy lunch.

Picked up the French dip! Very good! Excellent horseradish sauce excellent au jus excellent chips. Impressed and very close to work! It was a very fast experience

When your menu is one page and you can't even find consistency in simple items such as chicken tenders and fries...If it weren't for the convenience, I would never give it another try. I tried today and received 3 horrible chicken patties as tenders and one was so thick and stuck to another that it was completely under cooked.... Last time the tenders were tiny nuggets that you would normally use for boneless wings. There was more breading than meat and I almost broke my tooth on the shit. Hospital food, Applebee's, and White Castle are all better than crave. It took a lot for me to write a review...just trashy over priced nonsense. Avoid... there are so many better places in the area. I'm done.

To the Crave kitchen staff:I have higher standards for your chain. I wanted to share that the Korean beef rice bowl is not a dish you should be proud to serve. The beef tastes like stewed pulled beef over uncle ben's rice. Add the kimchi and pickled Korean veggies does not make it a Korean beef bowl, on top of the fact that it was super salty! Please consider redoing the dish.

I cannot give this place five stars. Serve yourself bus your own table. I had the chefs special which was for fish and chips ,so so potato fries -but the fish was good. Green salad saturated in dressing -quite a bit overloaded. I would come back but not with a five star expectation just a decent lunch.

This is a great upgrade for lunch. I loved the caprese flat bread and street tacos. We will be back soon. Welcome to the neighborhood.
