Crack of Dawn is a great bakery in downtown Faribault. I've ordered items ahead of time and communication has been timely and friendly. Their cinnamon rolls and quiches (both fresh and frozen) are delicious and I was pleasantly surprised by their takeout table outside during COVID. Overall, make time for a visit if you are in the area!

The best bakery in all of southern Minnesota, and they have one of the best cinnamon rolls I've ever had! SO SO worth the trip! A friend and I each bought pieces of their delicious quiche... which was the best quiche my friend had ever had and for me was the best I've ever had other than my Mom's homemade quiche! Lori and her family are the best and some of the friendliest and warmest small business owners you can find! You're in for a treat here and you owe it to yourself to try their fresh baked goods! Call in advance during the COVID-19 time period especially to place an order and see if they've already sold out! I first came here in 2016 when I worked in Faribault and am so glad it's still here! Love this bakery and hopefully I'll be back soon and bring more goodies home to charge with my family! P.S. The Sea Salt Chocolate Chip cookies were extra yummy too! All their treats make great gifts for your loved ones too!!

Great place to hang out and get some work done. The quiche is fantastic and the pecan rolls are too!

I tried the quiche and an iced drink and although it tasted good, what they charge is too much. Staff was friendly but I won't be back.

Awesome food for a quick lunch. Great rolls. Sad they are only open a few days w week though.
