Cowboy Jack's Mall of America

Stopped in for dinner while I was wandering around the mall. The bar was pretty crowded but was able to find a seat at the bar. They have plenty of beer options but of course I settled on Surly Furious. They have lots of tvs with various sports on. I ordered the brisket sandwich with tater tots but pretty sure I received pulled pork or at least I have never seen brisket shredded like that. I didn't ask any questions and figured maybe it was brisket but I don't think it was. Overall the food was good and the beer was cold. Not a bad place to check out when wandering the mall looking for all the deals.

We were able to sit immediately at the bar. The ordering was a quick process. The bartenders refilled my water as soon as it went out. The wings were one of the best. It made for a great place to have a conversation with a friend because of how busy it was.

Not bad, but overall not very tasty either. Steak, fish & pizza was pretty bland. Plan to add salt.

Really neat restaurant. Decor is fitting to the name and it is unique. The waitress we had was very attentive and amazing personality. It appeared that everyone was the same. Individuals in my party wanted to try it because of the draft selection. Food was great tasting and cooked to perfrction.

The food was ok at best , very small portion of the cheese curds. Waitress was nice and friendly. Fries were cold we just figured with the Christmas season on us they can't handle the volume of food and size of some of the groups.

We stopped in because we were staying g at a MoA hotel. Ordered cheese curds, cheeseburger, chicken chop salad and 2 beers each. Cheese curds were awful and small. Cheeseburger was OK, although I do have concerns that we were able to order it rare- highly doubt they grind their own beef (asked another restaurant at MoA if they did, and answer was no, even though they asked me how I'd like it cooked), and my chicken chop salad was about the most tasteless salad I've ever had. Had to wait extra because dressing on the side didn't come out with my salad. I'd recommend a fast food chain over this over-priced, terrible service restaurant.

We were at MOA for a movie and decided to eat prior to the show. Because we recently had pizza, we decided against DeLeo Bros. (was difficult to do, as you cannot beat their pizza).Started the meal with the chicken wings. We got Hot and BBQ. These were nice and crisp with good flavor. I felt surprised, as too many places serve wings with jiggly skin (yuck!).Mains were two orders of the Salmon with Mash and an order of the Pulled Pork Sandwich. The fish eaters had no issues with their meal, and were quite happy they ordered it. I, on the other hand, was sorely disappointed with that sandwich. There was no slaw, no barbecue sauce, no flavor. I didn't bother to tell the waiter, as we needed to leave soon for the film. It's not like we'd be eating there again, anyway, so I just dealt with it. I hadn't eaten anything that day, so it added to the level of disappointment in not getting a good sandwich.We've found a different place to dine when we see films at MOA, so I've nothing further to say about this restaurant.

The inside was nice and so was the service. A lot of the appetizers were great, but when it came time to the main meal it seemed to lack a little. They have a drink from gigli there that is super good and it's a nice variety. The jumbo shrimp appetizers was filling, but the shrimp was not jumbo. The flavor of the garlic honey was amazing. The Texas gator tots was super yummy. Not sure what was going on with the fried pickles.

Visited this place our last day here before we left to go home. The menu seem decent so we checked it out. We got the bbq sliders, brisket sliders and a side of fries. The sliders were a little bit on the small side and the slider wasn't loaded with meat either. Could've used a bit more bbq sauce as well. I got my onion rings on the side since it came with it: overall it wasn't anything to rave about, the sever was nice but that's about it.

The food was ok but the service was God awful. At first we sat down and waited for our order to be taken, after waiting for 15 minutes we were finally greeted by our waitress and our order was taken. I asked for no onions on my burger and ranch with fries. After 40 minutes of waiting, I was given onions no ranch and potato chips. to get this fixed, many servers were rude and neglectful. I wouldn't recommend going here.
