Country Pride Restaurant

We make this a regular place for dinner because they have one of the best salad bars in the area. The dinners are very good. We highly recommend the smothered chop steak and teriyaki chicken.

This place is terrible if you are in favor of edible food! Our waitress was really nice and friendly, however the food was TERRIBLE! The sausage gravy was almost sour tasting and the "sausage" in it was worse than the hot dogs you get in a can of spaghetti-o's. My toast had margarine spread on it in place of actual butter like normal restaurants would do. It was gross and damn near bright orange. Ugh! Very disgusting food! Would give zero stars if I could.

I did not sit in the priority area. The sign that said "drivers only" is of course long gone so anyone can sit there and that might have speeded things up. The spaghetti and meatballs only took the kitchen about 15 minutes and tasted good, but my entire visit took over an hour.

First time to this truck stop and so far it looks pretty nice. Waitress is really nice and the restaurant is really clean. Lost of room in the restaurant and quiet to.they have tv's too.

Great breakfast served anytime - cant go wrong

Visited the Hudson, Wisconsin location just off exit 4 at the truck stop. Breakfast was fabulous and the service was friendly. Just found another favorite "go to" spot for breakfast!

I've never had to wait for an hour to get food from a kitchen at a diner. Wait staff is wonderful despite being stressed out. The restaurant is hardly busy but the kitchen just can't handle it.
