Costco Wholesale

This is a good Costco, not my favorite, I prefer to go to the Brainerd or Fargo locations, but this one is the most convenient. It is always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. My only reason for 4/5 stars is the inconsistency of products available.

I love you Saint Cloud nine years ago but they did not have Costco.I was visiting friends today and they told me that is a new Costco. I had to come and visit. Place was wide clean huge parking easy access to downtown Saint cloud. In the middle of the action. Huge parking lot. Easy to get in and out of the gas station.Inside was huge and clean and I was surprised they did not dim the light till 605 on Saturday evening. Service was good and the place was really clean.Good job Costco.

I was in the area visiting family and had to compare you know. This store is bigger and entrance area has this long tunnel/breezeway for carts. Seems to be designed weird. The layout was a little different than my Burnsville store also. This store had some self checkouts. The employees were encouraging people to use them but didn't get many takers. They had less cameras for sale here. The cashier stated this store is larger than others in MN.

I love Costco. I'm closer to Sam's Club distance wise but will gladly drive a little farther for better products and services. From tires for an entire swingset. I almost need to send my paycheck to Costco. Love them

Don't waste your time or money. I paid for a membership I barely used . The first time I go the warehouse, I had a bad experience, high good prices, customer service sucked. Don't waste your money go elsewhere like Walmart. I want to return my card and cancel my membership. It's a waste don't do it.

Literally have no idea what these other folks are talking about. They're probably disgruntled sams club employees... wal-mart/sams club employees don't seem to be too happy with how wal mart treats them. Quite frankly Costco employees are always happier, and they are employees for a very long time... some have doctorates or certain degrees that they graduated from many years ago but just kept working at Costco cause that's how well they treat their employees. This place is the BEST we have lived in cities where we've always had a Costco nearby, and we were SO excited to hear that it was coming to St. Cloud. Highly recommend buying something if it's on sale cause you really can't beat that price. You can't beat Costco's price any way, but then when it's on sale?! Amazing... And no, I'm not an employee of Costco, I just love this place.

This Costco is awesome. They have everything I need and more! Not sure why there's negative reviews. This place is organized, clean and great low prices. The staff is friendly and it's so nice having a Costco nearby instead of having to drive to the cities. You can't beat the quality and the price. Love this place!!!

We appreciate the money back at CostCo!!!The checks are a bit difficult for us , as we tend to forget about it by the time we reach the register. Living two hours away makes it difficult because our opportunities are few and far between. We were not in the know that we could use the check towards renewing our membership and had just done that. So, we were so elated when the " head cashier " offered to return an item and use our check to pay for said item. Phew !! Now we have no worries !! Thank you COSTCO !!Suggestion: think about having the money on an app, like TJMaxx. If you have this already, let the customer know when renewing membership THANK YOU COSTCO

We shop there often without complaint. BUT if you need to order something, like tires or car batteries, forget them. We waited forever for a 12v battery for my Prius, no battery, only frustration. If you can't walk out with your purchase, don't buy it there.
