Took my 6 year olds here for open gym, and they had a blast. They liked the open format with some help/guidance from staff. It wore them out for sure and I felt that they were safe the whole time. The complex that the ninja gym is in has a yogurt bar for treats after.

I might have been the only grown woman playing in here during open gym, but I didn't mind. I had a blast running around and getting my upper body workout. There aren't many facilities like this where I'm from, so I took full advantage. The people here are nice; I enjoyed the facilities - I ended up coming here twice during my vacation. The open gym is mostly self-guided, so I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for instructions or more individualized support.

Had a birthday party at the Eden Prairie location and it was not good. 1) expensive for what you get - $425 for 10 kids to use their gym for 1 hour with little to no instruction or guidance; 2) food was totally botched - all we had was pizza and it came extremely late and was undercooked and had to be recooked; i ended up needing to serve the food and drinks myself including going to the kitchen multiple times to refill drinks. no one helped serve the food for the party. and because the food came so late, parents were picking up while kids were still eating 3) party room is little more than a room w/ a table. save your money and go somewhere else.

I've been here twice now and the first time was spring of last year or so, the layout looks quite a bit different than it did before. Either way, the staff is borderline friendly & there honestly isn't all that much to do. Could be biased cause I'm pretty short and probably have average upper body strength. My husband and his cousins had more fun just doing flips on/over the mats than actually climbing stuff to be honest.

The waiver form is a pretense to collect your email for spamming purposes. My kid went to a birthday party here on Saturday afternoon and by Monday afternoon I had 3(!) spam emails from them. Why (why?!) do these companies think that sending you inane spam titled "Secrets To A Great Birthday Party" will enamor you to their services?

Called ahead for bringing six kids for a birthday party and the staff totally botched the reservation and waiver process. Kids lost about half their time with no remorse by the staff.

We were here for a birthday party on Saturday & the kids had a blast! They cheered each other on & were eager to keep trying harder.Spencer & Andy were their coaches & they did a great job with the kids. Every kid was listening & trying harder to do their best. These 2 young men encouraged & help the kids to want to better. They are excellent at what they do.They also have an area outside the gym where the adults can relax, talk & have a beverage or two!Great place for a party-for all ages.

Fantastic experience for athletic and high energy kids. Matt at EP is fantastic as are the other trainers. Highly recommend going with the membership which makes all open gyms and classes free. Great muscle, balance and confidence builder for boys and girls. We are there for hours at a time. Free wifi, spacious tables and the cafe offering food and wine/beer is a nice way to get some work done or relax while the kids play.

Waiver process wasn't clear when signing up for open gym online. Woman working at gym was quite rude.
