Classic Bowl

Nice local bowling alley. Classic fun at classic bowl. Good pricing, bright primary colors for decor. Cool almost too cool.. (dress for it extra sweatshirt ;) air conditioning on hot days. Nice help at desk, quick service. Not too busy at 4 pm/ afternoon

I like going here in Friday's for BINGO because it's not as busy as other places in the area. However, the staff here are all incredibly rude! I have yet to meet someone who works here who is polite. The 1st Time here we got kicked out of our bowling lane because they had league bowling and no one told us that when we paid to play. So we paid for 2 games and only got to play 1. Chasers lounge wait staff is terrible too. One of the bartenders likes to complain loudly about the other staff and is very rude to them, which makes customers uncomfortable. And then our waitress never came to check on us. We had to throw our own cups away and go find her whenever we wanted to order another drink. And the cleanliness is awful! My infants hands were black after constantly touching the table, so I wiped it down myself and the rag was black too! Gross!

Came here for cosmic bowling on Friday night because we were on a theme date with a "space" theme. Cosmic bowling is advertised on their web site and even on the screens at the bowling alley (Fri. & Sat. from 9:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m.) I even called in advance to make sure they had cosmic bowling. Got there & was told that "they don't turn on the lights in the summer, except sometimes if the lanes are really full." What? Don't advertise when you can't deliver. Bad ending to an otherwise great day. Also, they had a very poor selection of bowling balls. We won't be back.

It's a small town bowling alley and as such, going in with that expectation makes a huge difference. Greasy bar food, good wait staff, and aloof shoe clerks characterize the alley. The beer is cheap and the lanes are often not overly busy. All in all, it's a bowling alley. Pay your money and make your own fun.

They lie on prices. Don't believe anything you read. I tried to just do open bowling for the 3.00 an hour and the guy behind counter said we haven't had that in years.

website say $3.00 Wednesday per game front desk say he does not have a button that says that. so they will not honor their website prices. Also said that has been there for years no one updates the website.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Their customer service was by far the worst. As soon as we came in to check in, no one bothered to come and greet us. The man who finally came to check us in was just rude and had an ugly attitude towards us. Our lanes were stuck and they took forever to come and were really rude when they did come. They don't even come when you click the service button!!! Rude people who don't deserve business!! Don't even come here, go somewhere else!!!!

This place advertises on its web site $10/hr bowling all day Mondays. But don't believe it! It's false and misleading advertising just to get you to come in and then once you find out they're liars they think you'll be okay with it and pay their regular bend-you-over price of $20/hr. They've been reported to the MN AG consumer fraud department so we will see if anything changes.

I'd give the food no stars if I could. I got the Canadian Grilled cheese sandwich (grilled cheese with bacon). The bread was similar to grocery store white bread. The cheese was a processed cheese slice. The bacon was packaged precooked and was put on the sandwich scorched. The tots were hot and crispy but oversalted. IMHO, this sandwich was brutally expensive and would have been overpriced at almost any price.

Over charging! They refused to honor the Monday 10 per hour special. The specials is clear on their website and on the Digital sign by the desk.
