Christ Lutheran Preschool & Child Care Center

This daycare used to be a good place to go for daycare and preschool. Now with the new male Pastor for the church most of the experienced staff have left. He micromanages the Program Director who is simply there in name only. They fired a staff person with 17 years experience there because she got Cancer and it raised their health insurance premiums. Then lied to her about it. He has become paranoid on the staff talking to the parents and had "forbid" anyone talking to staff. The program has suffered greatly, policies change weekly, new "rules" occur weekly and the staff are scared of losing their jobs so they don't speak up. I would encourage anyone to stay away from this place, it is not what it used to be.
