Dining area - shut down! Why? Everyone else has been fully open for months.

Hot sour soup - the only food that was passable.

I have a lot of problems with this place - 2 stars!Avoid this restaurant unless your taste buds are dead and you like eating garbage.Oh, boy...where do I start??? I'll begin with the few positive things...GOOD:1. The food comes out fast & hot.2. The prices are reasonable.3. There's plenty of parking and easy access from the highway.BAD:1. First, the people who answer the phone are nearly impossible to understand...and worse...they don't seem to understand the callers either. I called twice on two different days. Each time I had the same bad experience on the phone. I don't care if you're from another country - I think it's great. But the people on the phone should SPEAK and UNDERSTAND English well. It's a no brainer. English, please!2. No indoor seating - closed. All of the restaurants in Minnesota have been open for indoor seating for months! But not this one, the chairs & tables are all stacked in a corner. Of course, this is their right. They can do whatever they want with their business. But I also have the right to express my opinion and bitch about it. Open up, please!3. The food was sad and disappointing. (The only thing passable was my soup and my fortune cookie.) My egg rolls were okay, standard fare. But they're about 30% smaller than the usual standard egg rolls at every other Chinese place on the planet. Cheap!4. My fried wontons sucked. They were waaay over-cooked and they had the consistency of plastic. They also had a suspicious dark yellow color. I've never seen anything like it before. The flavor was bland too. Waste of money!5. The hot & spicy beef was overcooked all to hell and colorless. Even worse, I could taste that some of the beef had turned bad and it had rotten decomposition flavor. Yuck, yuck, yuck! The young boy manning the register is rude. He threw my change at me. The restaurant looked like no one had been in there and I was the first person at 3 though they'd been open since 11. I really hope the food is good but service was terrible. The food was gross. The fried rice was old. The chicken was over cooked. The only decent thing was the shrimp with snow peas and white rice.

While there are a couple of places to be seated here, this really is a takeout joint. Having said that, it is a FANTASTIC takeout joint. Probably the best Chinese food I've ever had. Everything is fresh. Prices are reasonable too.

Came here on lunch when I was traveling for work. It was made pretty quick which surprised me. It was o my 5 minutes. The lunch special was mostly rice and very little meat and veggies. That's my biggest gripe. The cream cheese wontons however were full of cream cheese and were very tasty. The sauce for the Hunan beef I got was tasty but a little too sweet. Thought it would have more kick since it was supposed to be spicy. It's not bad. Not good. The staff was friendly. Can't complain. Oh the other sad part is my fortune was empty. lol I had a laugh about this. No fortune for me.

Usually get the black pepper chicken and it's quite good. Only giving three stars this time because we also got some egg foo young and the gravy was a real problem. It had a burned flavor although the gravy did not appear burned. The flavor was the type that you get if the pan or grill is way too hot and the grease got burned before you added the other ingredients, there is a real difference and an extremely short distance between the smoke point and burned. Also I tasted the raw flour flavor, I think the roux was not cooked long enough, too fast, too high. Will still get the blk pepper chx but never the egg foo young again.

Terrible selection, mediocre to terrible food. Probably one of the worst Chinese restaurants we've ever been to. Floors are dirty, tables and counters were dirty/sticky. Food really looked unappealing and the taste was disappointing. I hate leaving bad reviews, but we have visited this restaurant twice in the span of a few years and both times were lacking. I can't recommend China Dragon, it's just not good.

This is the BEST FOOD IN TOWN! The family that works at China Dragon are so kind; they even add some sugary donuts in my order just to say Thanks! Their hot and sour soup is our family favorite along with their Sesame Chicken- it is the best we have ever had. They are quick and it always comes fresh. We have always been surprised at how large amount of food they give too. We eat at Chinese restaurants often and this is our favorite take out place. Check it out- you won't be upset!Thank you
