You can certainly tell the frozen yogurt fad is over. This place was a ghost town when we went. Could tell the employee working was a little bored considering he appeared from the back and greeted us right away then didn't even try to make himself look busy as he waited for us to get to the register. It was a little intimidating having him stand and watch us the entire time from start to finish as we select our options. Sort of made me feel rushed even though I know there was no ill intention- just boredom. Who knows how many people had even cycled through that night having it be a weekday. The cookie dough balls were a surprise new add to the toppings bar- on one fad to another. Was tempted to try but wasn't really willing to risk spending 5 more dollars doing so not knowing how much they weigh.Wasn't impressed by the flavors- or the flavor mash up/twist selections (seemed uninspired or uninteresting and wasn't even tempted to try one). All in all it's still good for a once in awhile trip but still a little spendy for all the other options we have these days after the excitement of building your own has faded.

Overall I was not too impressed with the flavors of the soft serve yogurt. Each flavor I sampled had an odd aftertaste. I also wasn't impressed with the flavors they recommended mixing- cotton candy and cookies and cream doesn't make "colorful cake". They have a ton of toppings, the toppings bar was very clean. I tried some of the monster cookie cookie dough and that delicious. I prefer other fro-yo places that don't leave an aftertaste with each bit of yogurt, unsure if I will return.

The perfect place to bring teeny boppers and toddlers alike. CherryBerry is family friendly and it gives children the chance to make choices and creations of their own. If you like FroYo, come on in to CherryBerry. Tip: Sign up for their text alerts to get different deals. I brought my mom to CherryBerry for Mother's Day and it was wonderful! For those who have never been to CherryBerry, the amount of FroYo you buy is put on a scale, and they give you the price of your purchase after you've weighed the cup. There are many toppings you can add to your FroYo, so get fun with it! The place has a bright and colorful atmosphere, so kids love it.

Un sanitary watched people lick spoons then put them back on the spout where icecream comes out no one watches to make sure people keep bodily fluids off the icecream

Lots of options to build something yummy! Beware: don't let your 5 year old pile high with everything they think looks good; you will be giving up your own yummy creation when they realize the flavor overloaded yuckfest they have created.

Frozen yogurt doesn't need to be called "FRO-YO" or topped with a plethora of candy toppings to be delicious. This knock off of "Pinkberry" (which has delightful frozen yogurt) charges way too much money for self-service low quality frozen yogurt. If you don't believe me please try it yourself soon because I can't imagine they will be open much longer.

I love frozen yogurt but this place is so dirty and sticky it was hard to eat there. The nozzles at least looked clean but every other surface was filthy. And the clerk would rather be on her phone than ring up our order.

Good, but does not appear to be very sanitized for the 4+ times I've been there. But the yogurt is very good.

A delicious frozen treat where the adventure of mixing new flavors with wacky toppings is as much fun as eating it! I've been to self-serve frozen yogurt places all over the country and this one was especially good, the yogurt was very smooth, several original flavors, and many toppings including fresh fruit and poppin' pearls. These places are all about the experience and entertainment of making your own special bowl, if your only concern is a gourmet dessert, you'd probably be better off going to handmade ice cream place, but if you want to have casual silly fun, CherryBerry is for you.
