I had no idea this park existed until last night when our family was looking for fireworks to watch, since we usually go to Hudson, Wi for the third and then Eagan for the fourth, since we moved here last year, we wanted to see how Roseville's was. I was completely shocked. They had some of the coolest fireworks I had seen in a long time. They had updated fireworks that no other place had lit, and we are firework enthusiasts and go to several firework shows over the course of June and July with the occasional State Fair fireworks every night in August. The park was really nice, and it seemed very safe. Again, I only saw this park at dark, and the surrounding areas at dark, so I can't speak on the activity or cleanliness of the park. I can only speak on the firework show last night for the 4th. What I saw and experienced at Central Park besides the fireworks was really nice, I am going to go back so I can see what this park really has to offer.

Great location just in Roseville. There is something for every age group. 2 playgrounds for the minors... smooth paved walkways for biking, running, and rollerblading. Swings for elderly and young... charcoal grills.. picnic tables.. plenty of seating around the lake.I enjoyed 2 the water feature... see video. My meet up group plays sand volleyball here often... there are 5 courts.. plenty to share. There is flushing toilets.. no sink however..I think this is perfectly located to get away for a few hours.

It's no Central Park in NYC, but for MN it's a great little park in the burbs. For as long as I can recall, this park has always been reserved for some kind of event, field trip, company/ family picnic or get together and most important memory; watching the fireworks on the 4th of July once upon a time. The park itself is a nice place to walk around.Nice playgrounds on both sides for the kiddies, adults and teens and tweens making out in the tube slide. Great covered areas for picnics and gatherings.Nice band shell for the summer concerts. In the spring the flowers are always nice to see bloom from Lexington. Wonderful and memorable park in Roseville.

I want to borrow a kid, I want to borrow a dog, anything so I can keep coming back to this park! I certainly will not forget my slr camera when I come back. The lake has so many beautiful wood ducks that are just so precious. I used to live in Roseville and this was my go to park whether summer or winter. The winter walks especially after a snowy week definitely has its own charm as well. The walking trails and bike path are very well maintained. It's always so quiet here and not overly crowded. It is safe also. There is a mini waterfall that should not be missed. During the summer months, there are also music events at the amphitheater. Small but adequate for the neighborhood. There are a few tennis courts, beach volleyball area, baseball court and a pavilion for family BBQ time. If you are in the area, and need a rest and relax place to stretch your legs after a crazy shopping trip to the nearby Rosedale Mall, this park is worth checking out!!Please please please adhere to the park regulations! Bring your trash in, make sure to take them out with you. With the State cutting so much budgets in environmental regulations, we need to start small in our community and do our part as responsible citizens. Make sure you catch and release walleye and catfish that were put in Bennett Lake to drive out invasive species.

Central Park is my favorite park in Roseville. There is a small lake with a path that goes around it, making it perfect for biking, walking or running. They also have a few softball fields, a volleyball net and a bocce ball court. Plus, they have they have plenty of playground space for the little kids. What sets this park apart from other parks is the Frank Rog Ampitheater. The ampitheater sits on the shores of the lake and has the lake fountain as its backdrop. Every summer the ampitheater hosts live music on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. They also have outdoor movies and a jazz fest for Rosefest in June. This park is awesome in the summer, but it is great in every season, even winter!

This is a great park for young and old! Walking trails and two separate playgrounds. Added bonus is the vintage rocket slide. We've been there a few times and have seen muskrats swimming and eating.

Worst experience this summer. My girlfriend and I took our 2 year old Grandkids to Central park about 9 am to give them some exercise and a picnic lunch . About that same time several school buses of teenage kids arrived. While most of the kids hovered around the band shelter there were several that came over to the playground. These teenagers would run and jump on the equipment. One knocked my grandson over by jumping on the little kid bridge. There appeared to be no supervision of this large group of kids. I will not return to Central park again when there is such a vast number of parks that are safer for little kids.
