Center Cut Meats

If you would have asked me for a top quality butcher shop yesterday I would have said "Center Cut Meats". My wife is making my favorite Steak with green peppercorn sauce for both my birthday today and Father's Day tomorrow. I stopped into Center Cut Meats asking for four cleanly sliced 4 Oz filets. The clerk had a puzzled look on his face. The more experienced clerk started giving instruction. Rather than slicing off the high quality beef tenderloin in the meat case, there was started collecting meat scraps. I paid $31 for my table scraps that were allegedly my $26.99 lb beef tenderloin. They didn't offer me a receipt. I got to my car and pulled the three separate packages out noticing one had no weight scale ticket. I went back in and the clerk rang the unmarked piece of meat as "Tenderloin " at $13.99 lb. And gave me $4 back as "the difference"Stay away from the unprofessional meat market. This is a wonderful business in Rogers. We moved here in Oct 2020 and I was blown away to have such a high quality butcher in our new hometown. They always have a great selection of quality meat, and they put lots of pre-marinated/pre-stuffed/pre-prepped stuff to grab and grill. They have so many snacks and sausages. Beyond the amazing stuff, they also have a deli and boy oh boy is it a treat. They also prepared lunches for the nearby 55+ apartments where the manager Shane collects orders and picks up lunch for the residents. Anytime I ask a question about how to cook something or want to special order, they help me out. Highly recommend.

I took in a deer to be processed here. The turnaround was fine, but when I got the meat back, there was only one tenderloin and it was cut poorly. I called to bring this up and was given poor excuses, including that it must've been my fault. I find it highly suspicious that the choicest cut would be missing, especially when they were both intact when I dropped it off. The bathroom was also completely disgusting, the place smells funny, and the display cases seem to be permanently dirty.I will not be returning for any reason.

I work near this joint. It's not that bad for lunch, but they have a small selection. Their brats are fantastic and their jerky is even better. I'll buy meat here once in a while as the prices are pretty comparable to larger grocery chains, but you can find out where the meat is coming from.If you hit this place up for lunch, try their wild rice soup and grab some jerky to go!

We spotted this place while in the area over the weekend. We are always looking for tasty local business to support. Especially business that offer an alternative to anything related to Rainbow or Cub foods.They've got a great selection of beef cuts, pork cuts, and seafood potions. They also have bulk buying options to give you more savings if you have space in the freezer. The deli meat selection is a little on the narrow side but they have all the essentials. We picked up the week's worth of deli meat( roast beef and pastrami), a pair of NY steaks, and a spicy beef snack. My wife cooked up the steaks last night and they were fantastic! Totally blew away anything we've tried at Cub or Rainbow. I've been enjoying the deli meat in my lunches too.This place also has a good selection of spices, rubs, grilling veggies and anything else you could possibly need to help you cook and prepare the protein. They even have sow's ears and leg bone chewies for the dog! The prices are about what you'd pay a the aforementioned grocers too. Next time we're in the area we will definitely plan on stopping by.

Very good cuts of meat for steak and chicken breasts. Bacon is good too. A little more expensive but it's good to support the small businesses in the area. Good service :))

I called months ago to plan for a visit to MN. I was told that they had all that I needed to raw feed my dog - "lots of dog food". I visited the Albertville store because I was told that they had ground chicken backs. The only dog food that they had were the chicken backs. The shop has lots of space/coolers and had minimal products to sell. I bought a bag of chicken backs, frozen, and some lean ground beef, thawed. When the chicken backs thawed, the stuff smelled rancid. I have never smelled any raw meat as nasty - including lamb. I fed it to my dog and of course she got sick. So many better options, skip this one.

Just went to the Center Cut meats in Roger's. I've shopped there many times over the years. Today was my last. No face coverings on 2 people behind the counter, handling food like it was just a normal time for all of us. If this isn't the most inconsiderate way to treat your patrons in these difficult times, I dont know what is!

Center Cut Meats is a wonderful family owned meat market that provides an "above and beyond" customer service. You'll never forget the tantalizing smoked meat aroma when you there enter the store. If you are looking for some of the best fresh beef products, chicken, pork, seafood, you name it, center cut meats can attain it. They also process an extremely high number of deer during venison season. They have house hold name products that they make with venison, like there venison bacon or blueberry maple wild-rice-breakfast link. They do all things smoked meat as well, jerky, beef stix, summer sausage....the list could go on and on. A lunch buffet during the week with traditional plates that is change daily. Catering services no matter what the size...... Stop in and see for yourself!Center Cut Meats is changing the game in the meat market industry and developing for today's modern consumers.

Horrible customer service!! We will never go back!My husband dropped off his deer for processing, it was his first deer and wanted the antlers. When my husband picked up the meat, which was sloppily packaged, they "lost" the antlers. They did nothing to rectify their irresponsible mistake. My husband was offered some other random pair, completely ridiculous! I guess we should have read the reviews prior to choosing this place. We will definitely be spreading the word to never use Center Cut Meats! The owner should be embarrassed of the multiple bad reviews!
