Cascade Falls

We did a quick walk down to the falls. It was impressive and pretty. There were a few people around so I didn't get the greatest nature only picture but it was worth the 100+ steps down and back and only took maybe about 15 minutes.

Love the falls. Something's it is closed for unknown reasons but I hope it never gets permanently closed.

So beautiful. Worth the stop. You can either make a quick trip down the stairs or take the trails. The waterfall has a picnic area for family to hang out.Keep it clean cause it is so beautiful. You can get up behind the falls or play in it.

What a pretty waterfall, just about an hour drive outside of the Twin Cities. To get down to the falls, you will have to go down a few flights of stairs. I like this waterfall because you can go behind it and take awesome photos. The park does have some trails but it is pretty wooded so I highly recommend bringing lots of bug spray.

The falls here is pretty. To get to the falls you do have to go down a lot of stairs but then it's right there. Perfect for pictures. There's an easy entrance to get behind the falls. Not deep nor very fast where we were comfortable letting the kids play in the water. There's a trail for hiking but it's not the friendliest. I would recommend it. We also stopped for ice cream after.

Cascade Falls is the main reason Osceola is such a pleasant destination for a scenic drive for people in the NE metro area. Add to it the nearby shops and you have a winner here! The falls can be viewed from the street level or you can take the stairs down several flights to get up close. Its a favorite spot for photos and there is a trail you can walk that will take you along the stream to tge St Croix River. Free parking is available on the street and across the street there is a park with a parking lot and restrooms available. During the winter they have had some colorful lighting effects to highlight the falls in the evenings.

Beautiful waterfall with a short trail to the St. Croix River. Very serene atmosphere.

They are so beautiful and peaceful and serene and they are the most amazing thing this little town has to offer besides the people that are always so friendly

Way too expensive for the area! The washers in the units are tiny and inefficient! Needs a lot of updating
