I rented a Uhaul from Cars Bike Shop and I didn't realize that it was a contactless pickup at the time of booking so that is my bad! If I had, I would've rented from elsewhere. But I also didn't cancel cause the location was convenient and I figured it would be nice to support this small business!The contactless pickup ended up working ok. It took me a bit to figure it out but I ended up getting what I needed which was a Uhaul truck. I did order additional equipment: furniture pads and dollys. They were not loaded into the truck and there was no indication of how I could retrieve them since they were closed. Again, I got what I needed which was a Uhaul truck but I was basing how much help I needed on having 2 dollies so to not have them was an inconvenience.After returning my truck and noting that the equipment was not present, I received a receipt the next day with a refund for only a portion of the missing additional equipment. I'm glad that they recognized and did not charge me entirely for the missing equipment but there was not indication of why I wasn't given a full refund of that equipment. I reached out to them to simply ask why and I did not receive a response.Overall I would not recommend renting Uhaul equipment from this shop. Not sure how they are as a bike shop but I'm not willing to find out!

I brought in what I thought was a bent rear wheel. I figured I would need a new rear wheel and tire. Less than a minute later they fixed it. I asked what I owed them and they refused to take a cent. Before I brought it to Cars Bike Shop in Mounds View I went to Heights Cycle. They didn't even look at it and then told me it would take at least two weeks.Guess where I'll take my bike from now on. This is my third time bringing a bike there and each time I had a great experience.

Gr8 neighborhood shop for repairs, racing, recreation, Mtn, kids bikes, unicycles, clothing, gear accessories and trail maps.

This is a small bike place that wants to stay small. Yet, they "expanded" their indoor area 2x the previous size this past winter. If you want to fix your own bike and are someone like myself who wants to buy product in my hand go to Eric's Board and Bike. Stopped by last weekend and owner, Bruce, was short in answers, he seemed to say we can "fix it" for you rather than look online and offer to order product. Brian at Eric's store was great, he did everything the opposite of Cars 4 Bikes.

Gret place to have your bike fixed up. They sell lots of new stuff and some used. The support lots of local causes. They sell new bikes or can do just about anything to fix your old one. Very nice business

I've been a customer of cars for years. Always satisfied with the service and the selection of bikes and bike parts. Bruce does a wonderful job customer service always making you feel welcome. He's never pretentious nor does he make you feel like a rookie when you ask him about your bike.

These guys do their job. They fixed two bikes for me in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. One of my bikes are a GT I've had since my 30 year old son was five. Most people tried to trick me out of the bike, these guys told me the true value of the bike and warned me about cons trying to get it from me. Thanks guys!

I have been bringing my bike to CARS Bike Shop for repairs and accessories for many years. I always receive fantastic service! Bruce is very knowledgeable and willing to spend the time to answer questions. They do honest, quality work. You've got one satisfied customer here :-)

What can I say about this business... They do great work and will go out of their way to help. These people truly care about their customers. I've only written 2 reviews in my life but this place deserves one. Guess that makes 3.
