Caribou Coffee

This location gets busy in the mornings but otherwise is pretty quick! The drink I order sometimes tastes different day to day which is a bummer but the staff have been nice and friendly. I hate that when you pay by card they put the card reader out to you and it's scratched up and hard to read. I'm pretty sure this is because you are asked if you want to tip, which I get but also frustrating because I can't even read the machine. I order on the app instead to avoid this.

Placed a large order of 10 drinks including frozen coffees and teas. We were there in less than 10 minutes and everything was ready and perfectly accurate. The service was quick and polite. 5 stars!

Coffee was great and service was excellent! The staff were very patient in answering my questions and helping with my order since I have some allergens. It's nice thay they offer dairy free options. They also went out of their way to help us with the wifi.

Service is horrible if the manager is off! Took about 15 minutes in drive thru for one coffee, the next day I decided to walk in with the same results. Joy was so busy playing on her phone in the lobby area instead of moving the drive thru. I recommend this location based on the managers work schedule. They have great coffee just not service!

We bought a donut from them, but the listed price wasn't charged, but a much higher price was. The cashier had no apology for us, and she made the excuse that the prices changed. She didn't offer a reimbursement or anything.
