It's heart breaking because this company used to be amazing. But the consistency with the quality of product varies from store to store and it sucks. The shops open when they want and close when they want. I tried to go here tonight and the store said closed but all the lights were on and some people were in there so I didn't go in. It's posted it's open till 10pm and I tried to stop in before 9pm.. I'm not sure if it's the managers or the employees that don't care but it's making your company look awful. Get it together caribou....

The listed opening time on google is 4:30 A.M. I went out of my way to come here, showed up at 4:45 and it was dark. People inside but not serving. If 4:30 isn't the opening time, they should communicate that with google. Other than that the drinks here are made well compared to a lot of caribou's.

Although busy this location is great. I am specific about what I want and they always get it right. Parking can be an issue but if you go a little further north they have an extended parking lot. You can visit Gateway Bicycle shop at the same time!

This caribou location is the only one I go to. I like how it's conveniently less than a block from my house. I don't drink coffee so I can't speak on their coffee, but they always have the ingredients for my white hot chocolate with peppermint. They never get my order wrong and there food is good. Usually great customer service too.

Consistently gets order wrong, then gets it wrong AGAIN when you ask to have it made right. Only place I've ever been that gives you iced tea when you've asked for a coffee, and then they seem surprised when you say you don't want the iced tea. Pricing for standard products varies depending on...I don't know...whim? I avoid this branch and go all the way up to the one on 10th and Hadley.

The slowest caribou around. Never go here if you're in a hurry. Quality of the drinks is fine when you get them but they are so inefficient and it can take 15+ minutes to get through the drive thru.

I go there every morning to get my Large Iced Malted mocha and it's amazing every time. I can tell they do get busy at some points of the day but you can tell the workers are working hard while keeping a smile on there face. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone

Before I begin, I'll have you know I LOVE caribou as a newbie to the Midwest I have learned to love it more than Starbucks (more popular where I'm from) This is only my second time going there, but man they are struggling! As I made my order, the girl on the intercom was very standoffish and just not friendly. Then when I drive up to the window to pay with my card, the machine doesn't take and I had to notify the girl (who was standing there with the card reader just staring at me as I waited for my card to read correctly) that the machine wasn't working. She scoffs, then fiddles with it, and it goes through. The same girl handed me my first drink (of two orders) then I hear her repeat my second drink order three times with her coworkers saying 'what?? Wait what drink was if? Wait what was it again'. So obv my order was very delayed - not a prob, I can be patient...I expected her to let me know about the delay but instead she just continued staring at her coworkers and turned her back to me at the window without saying anything. I waited for 10 minutes with her back turned to me the whole time and not knowing if my drink was going to come-much less if her frantic coworker working his ass off would get the order right. The whole time she watched her coworker, the girl was holding a straw in her hand playing with it so when she handed me the drink finally I was waiting for her to hand me straw for my iced drink too. Instead she stares at me blankly still holding the straw, and says with a deadpan face expression-'oh yeah, no that's it- you only ordered two drinks' And kept staring... so I was like 'uh OK thanks bye'. Customer service was severely lacking
