Caribou Coffee and Einstein Bros Bagels

The coffee is ok, the lady Jen is terribly rude to all the other employees even in front of the customers. Hard to support a place that can not even treat their employees right!

Nice coffee shop. I do enjoy the inside, which is cozy and warm. The service here is a craps shot. Today was wonderful fast. Your mileage may vary.

Slow service for corporate coffee but not bad. The bagels and bagel sandwiches are good, but the bakery items leave much to be desired. I mainly stop here when Coffee Corner is closed.

I love both Caribou Coffee and Einstein Bagels. It is great to be able to get them both at the same time. The place has a nice modern decor. My husband likes it better than the traditional wooden cabin setting. The service was great as was the coffee and bagels. Yumm!

This caribou location has always been slow but today was the worst experience I've had there. I was in the drive through from 8:54-9:11. That's 17 min to get an order. Once I almost reached the window, the car in front of me received their drink and then proceeded to chat with Jean at the window for about 2 min. I thought she was perhaps waiting for more items, nope, drove off after they caught up. So I pull up to the window and see my order sitting there. I also see 3 employees standing in the drive through area talking to each other. No one acknowledged me for at least a minute. They just talked amoungst themselves while my order sat and got colder. When I finally was talked to, the order amount was not what was quoted at the speaker.. whatever I just wanted my drinks before the whipped cream melted. I gave her my card and then sat another minute while they talked to each other some more. When I finally got my order, I had to wait longer for them to get my muffin. This location is usually very slow and I factor that in, but today was not an acceptable experience for a quick service place. Jean and her friends at the drive through window need to focus on getting customers their orders and chatting only when there aren't 9 other cars in line.

Caribou Coffee and Einstein Bros. Bagels in the same place! What more could you ask for? Personally I like that the atmosphere and decor is more modern and not as "log cabiny" as most Caribous. My favorite is a chocolate chip bagel with strawberry shmeer and a campfire mocha.

Simply put.... This place SUCKS!We ordered 6 items and 5 of them were wrong, clueless and careless team behind the counter.

Food and coffee are as expected. Plan ahead though, service is not fast. Breakfast food, bagels and sandwiches are mostly handmade on site, some items reheated. That being said, the food is decent. I was there on a Sunday morning and they seemed very understaffed and were way behind. Very long wait times.

The employees are nice but don't plan on being here less than 20 minutes. I don't know if it's lack of help or the fact that sandwiches (this is also an Einstein bagels) take longer to make but seriously - the drive through is always 5 cars deep at least and 7 people in line. I'm not one to complain much, especially b/c I love my 'bou, but please, PLEASE, figure it out Caribou and Bagels of Princeton.
