Carbone’s Pizzeria Bar & Grill - Delano

What a great new spot in town! I was not a fan of the pizza place that was here prior to Carbone's but I can absolutely get down with this new spot. Our waitress was a doll and very attentive to our table! I order a small pizza which is quite large for one person! My left overs were just as good the day after! The pickle roll ups were so good too! I was not a fan of the cheese curds however... They were too salty and not melted enough. Besides this, the food was amazing! Definitely has a bar vibe. It was a bit busy on a Saturday night but it's to be expected since I'm sure everyone wants to see what the hype is all about! The hype definitely meets expectations!

We were just driving through town on the way to the airport and getting hungry. I saw they had dill pickle pizza available on a gluten free crust, so we stopped. Very friendly service, kid friendly (we had our toddler). The GF pizza was amazing. If we didn't live across the country, we would definitely come here often.

Great selection of pizzas you never knew you wouldLike. We enjoyed aloha pizza which is a nice twist on our favorite Hawaiian pizza. My kids love the Mac and cheese pizza and there is also a dill pickle pizza that is surprisingly good alone with the pickle wontons. They are great. The "hot hoagies" aren't really hot and just a hoagie sandwich so be careful what you order there. Also good happy hour prices. This place needs more staff to handle the influx of guests each night especially weekend. Would recommend for a place for a pizza beer and to catch some of the game. (If you sit at the bar)

Crappy service, mediocre food, less than mediocre Bloody Marys, top tier prices, and injurious toys in their games.Server didn't come to our table for 10 mins with 4-5 other tables in the entire restaurant. Maybe invest in some trays for your staff. They're carrying 2 items at a time to every table....Inflexibility with mixing sauces with wings... not sure why it's not hard to do half and half like everywhere else.Kid's pizzas are $8... See picture. Server didn't bring kids milk out and we had to ask. You do get a beverage with the pizza but sides start at $2 and go up form there.My son won a piece of shit Chinese toy from their gold egg machine and it cut the shit out of his hand when he was trying to open it. When I asked the a server for a bandaid I was pretty irritated by this point and she said "don't take it out on me"... trust me lady I didn't.I'd recommend Dave's, Brickside, King House, Lupine anywhere else.

Consistently great service and quality food. We're definitely regulars, especially for the pizza.

Tried the meatball grinder and side salad. I did get it to go, so maybe that factored into the results? The grinder had no marinara. It was supposed to come with it, and there was none to be found. Also, the mozzarella cheese was not melted. It was still shredded under the meatballs. The bread was cut like a canoe instead of just cutting it in half. The meatballs themselves were pretty decent. But the execution of the sandwich was poor and was 14. So I got it home, heated it up to melt the cheese and added my own sauce. Also, the food came in styrofoam. Just wrap the sandwich in paper? Then it won't get the chips all soggy...really basic things to do. The salad was wet lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, 2 red onions and chopped tomatoes, good sized but mostly just lettuce. I generally have low expectations of Italian American in most of the Midwest, and this is why; im spoiled by the many excellent Italian places on the east coast that are basically ubiquitous. Probably will not return and no way would I order pizza here.

This restaurant consistently puts less than a quarter the amount of meat on their pizzas, compared to every other pizza place ever. It's good pizza but hardly any meat ever so that lands it a solid 2 out of 5 stars.Edit One star now for being snarky

The pizza was excellent. I would like to try the thin crust pizza. However, I don't plan on returning because the Olympics was showing on the televisions there. The opening ceremony was extremely disrespectful to God and all Christians and I won't support it in any way.

First time here. Awesome pizza with lots of other food options on the menu. The ambiance is fun and a nice option! Nice variety of seating options and a nice bar with a friendly bartender. It was packed by the time we left. EXACTLY what Delano needs. I

The pizza could use improvement however, the staff here is working really hard to improve and values customer feedback, and satisfaction.
